Chatting via twitter was a rather interesting experience. We managed to develop 2 themes out of three ie  :

Helene: Twitter is a great social network for obvious reason, but also because there is a strong community of English language related (universities, websites, others teachers..). We had three themes to follow, unfortunately, we cut one off.

-How can we test learners by using digital tools: online assessment? Creating a quiz? We went through several ideas in order to create our own online assessment. 

-How can we deal with pressure: there is different kind of pressure and since not all of them are teaching, it’s hard to say. We can of course sharing, watch videos, follow some conferences, do some research. Also, there is a precise point that can stress us out: the fact that as NNS English Teacher will compete with NS english teacher, and the fact that how matter the quality of our formation is, the fact that we are non native will be sometimes too important. 

First time on Twitter for most of us! 2 topics have been covered:

* we exchanged about some digitals tools which can be used as placement tests:

 * pressure on teachers’ lives 

hard to talk about something I haven't experienced yet...

But I couldn't agree more with Hélène after watching the plenary about non-native speaker teachers' discrimination
