Despite being an effective means of communication and interaction, social media presents serious risks that can affect both people and society as a whole. The dissemination of false information is one of the most urgent issues since it has the power to skew public opinion and affect important choices. This is especially true in times of crisis, like pandemics or elections, when misleading information can cause destructive actions and social division. Furthermore, social media sites, particularly for younger users, might exacerbate mental health problems. Constantly comparing oneself to carefully chosen, frequently unreal depictions of life can cause anxiety, sadness, and feelings of inadequacy. Another widespread problem is cyberbullying, in which victims suffer greatly as a result of the anonymity that encourages harmful behaviour. Concerns about privacy are also quite real because personal information is regularly collected.

This optimism helps me see challenges as chances to grow instead of failures. When things don’t go as planned, I remind myself that every experience helps me learn and improve my plan.

Being organized is another way I reach my goals.

Stress is a widespread issue, but effectively managing it can result in a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Here are some techniques to help you handle stress:

1. Recognize Stressors: Understand what triggers your stress. Keeping a journal can assist in identifying patterns and specific circumstances that lead to anxiety.

2. Embrace Mindfulness: Utilize mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga. These techniques can help center you and encourage relaxation.

3. Stay Active: Regular exercise is a potent way to relieve stress. Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days, such as walking, jogging, dancing, or any enjoyable activity.

4. Connect with Others: Reach out to friends, family, or support groups. Sharing your thoughts and experiences can ease your burden and strengthen your support system.

5. Focus on Self-Care: Dedicate time to activities that bring you happiness and relaxation. Whether it’s reading, gardening, or enjoying a warm bath, self-care is crucial for managing stress.

6. Establish Boundaries: Learn to decline requests when necessary. Taking on too much can lead to burnout, so focus your efforts on what truly matters.

7. Consider Professional Support: If stress becomes too much to handle, seeking guidance from a therapist or counselor can provide personalized strategies.

8. Lead a Healthy Lifestyle: Maintain a balanced diet, ensure sufficient sleep, and limit caffeine and alcohol consumption. A healthy body contributes to a healthy mind.

9. Cultivate a Positive Mindset: Practice gratitude and concentrate on the good aspects of your life. Adjusting negative thought patterns can help alleviate stress.

10. Take Regular Breaks: Short breaks during your day can help you recharge and improve your concentration. Step away from work or stressful situations occasionally for a fresh perspective.

By integrating these methods into your daily life, you can better manage stress and improve your overall well-being. Remember, it's perfectly fine to seek help and prioritize your own needs.

But studying on my own requires effective time management, which is something I attempted to achieve, particularly for my most recent submission a few weeks ago. I had a lot of work to complete and tests to take at the same time. I made a table plan of all the things I needed to do in order to try to balance working on my assignments with studying for my exam. It took me a week to get used to the new teaching method, but with the hard work of trying to fit in the new environment, university life started getting easier and more fun.

Working on my research was the most challenging part because back home we do not focus on doing projects and research. However, the main thing that I focus on is finding proper sources for my projects making sure to use every useful information I find, and of course, asking for my tutor's opinion about my work. In the end, my hard work reflected on my projects and research i got good feedback from my tutors and got their support to keep working in the same rhythm.

First of all, I am an introvert, so communication and participation during class can be challenging for me because I tend to be shy. When I first arrived in the UK, I was very hesitant to talk to others, but over time, I began to become more social and started to join class discussions.
