I found a vegetarian food recipe called "Nordic Tea Vegetarian Cookies". This is a cookie that does not use any animal material.
The ingredients are 1 cup of whole grain flour and 10 grams of tea pack of Nordic tea, baking powder 75 cc, maple syrup and grapeseed oil 50 cc each, a pinch of salt, soy milk is 100 to 200 cc.
The first three are classified into ☆ and the rest are classified into ★.

First, the tea bag of the tea is crushed finely with a rolling pin or mortar.
Next, mix ☆ and ★ well with a whisk, put ☆ in the ★, and mix quickly. At this time, they do not have to panic.
Last, the dough is rolled into a diameter of about 4 cm (about 15 pieces) and arranged on an iron plate and baked for 12 to 15 minutes at an open 180 degree.
That`s it. It's complete! It is probably easy to make.

This seems to match not only tea but also coffee well. Why don't you try making it?

Akira Toyama 20G131
