When it comes to speeding in Colombia i believe is a crime that's been normalize. Actually, for the most part responsable drivers are consider more like bad drives as they follow the rules. Besides, it is not heavily penalize by the authorities nor the general public. I hate Driver's speeding through town irresponsable. In cities like Bogotá been respectful of the speeding limit is seen as something dumb.
Arguably, the authorities should take this as a more serious topic as it attempts agains citizens lives

HUMAN TRAFFICKING

When it comes to HT, it seems to me that in Colombia this is a huge problem. Actually, we are currently living this problem with People who migrate from Venezuela. For instance, From Cucuta to Bogota or Medellin, women are being bought as sex workers. However, little has the government done to stop this. People's acting illegally is becoming a more common situation. Arguably, in a couple of years, there will be negative consequences as trafficking also fosters other illegal activities.

DWI

In Colombia is typical that people do traffic infractions, things like don't wait for a traffic light but sadly going out for a party with alcohol in the system is something that people take as common or normal. This crime reminds me of the case that happened in 2009 in the 19 avenues that a recognized pilot of Avianca make a DWI, and he passed a traffic light in red and kill two-person due to his irresponsibility as a driver.

DUI (Driving Under the Influence or DWI ( Driving While Intoxicated) it's, unfortunatedly a common crime here in Colombia, most of the time, people do not care about this situation and they think that the more alcohol the consume the more awake they will be. Most of the time this crime can lead to fatal accidents and compromise the lives of innocents who are just walking on the street. Even though there have been thousands of campains for preventing this situation Hardly will irresponsable people stop doing this.

In Colombia there are different types of transgression as can be denoted in the case of women, since they are the main victims of this type of abuse, the pandemic also demonstrated the weakness of the state to help and guarantee the safety of women. On the other hand, discrimination can also be considered a violation of human dignity, discrimination based on gender, race or ethnic place.

When it comes to talking about hate crime, i think of many crimes themselves as a real damage to our society, i mean, our families that still expect to get answers from those actions. Actually, don´t law and institutions act acurately to solve them yet they lose the pace to trace crimes, for instance in Colombia, many people are dying after being burglared their celllphones

Robberies (Isis B)

When it comes to street robberies, I think of people who have been victims of this crime. Stealing is considered a petty crime but when a weapon appears, this crime can become a homicide. Currently, robberies are one of the most frequent crimes in cities and are the cause of a large part of violent deaths. In addition, citizens feel that authorities are incapable of solving this problem and NGO object to theirs omitting these cases. Rarely do complaints end in convictions. So citizens are in middle of the crime without protection.

Thuggery

Even though I don't know the laws in Colombia, I think that people can express their ideas good way; Actually, I considering when you show your ideas with hard support you can achieve your goals, but when you do thuggery to show your ideas only you damage your country or city.
For instance, when you damage some places in your city, people need to pay to repair the harm, and your opinion doesn't take into account. Moreover, in some cases, you need to pay the damages, but when you show your opinion with a strong argument, it's possible that other people listen to you, in the sense that your opinion is important to others.
You know, it's not necessary to do thuggery to others listen to you

white-collar crime

When it comes to white-collar crime, I think in Colombia, the law is not apply with the same intensity like in others crimes. Albeit, powerful people was commited this kind of crime, nowdays are living the same style of life than before the crime was commited. For instance, sometimes, the more eduacted person is or more privilege they enjoy, the more sophisticated the crime is. However in other countries, companies were collapsed after this crimes and perpetrators are in jail. Since, this kind of crimes can be affect a huge part of economy. Arguably, In no way, does it happen, should be punish.
