Social learning theory comes from the idea of imitating behaviour. The observer “in our context the learner” is one who observe his/her surrounding on daily life bases. The model “in our context: the teacher” is the one’s behaviour which observed by the learner. The model could be parents, a TV character, a teacher and so on. After a complex cognitive process, the observer then imitates the behaviour.
Bandura proposed four different factors in mediational process which are. Attention, retention , reproduction and motivation.
