Knowing that there are NGOs out there who reach out and empower the people of these communities is very comforting and makes me hopeful about the progress of Malaysia in terms of accepting the community and stand against the discrimination. Although more and more health professionals are becoming aware of the problems that the community faces, there are still no concrete clinical guidelines that are targeted towards the community's health and specific issues that only their community faces.
