We would organise an event where you will come with your friend and you would have to do trust fall to show how much trust you have in each other, because the trust in the friendship is really important in sports too. The trust and friendship will make you better at team sports so that would be a good program for a team building.

For example it is good to have friends in school and when you miss some school like when you are sick your friends will help you to catch up on the material.

Or in sports if you need help your friends will help you to practise or do a extra practise with you.

Friends can also help you with your feelings. If you are struggling they will lisen to you and maybe give you an advice but in return you should do the same thing for them.

To facilitate integration in different fields of athleticism FairPlay should be taught all around school from the youngest age possible and in all schools and communities.

First of all we can push kids to try as many sports as possible to find out what they prefer the most and what they’re good at. By that

we can teach kids from a very young age that disappointment from their certain sports is eventually going to happen and that they should be prepared for it.To be no competition between kids they should be taught to compliment each other and to realise victory is not the one thing that they need to prioritise but respect through their opponents and play fair.Respect should be taught to all the athletes so no bad blood can happen and even more friendships can be born outside of the sport games.

In order to promote the values of Olympic Games in schools we can include lessons teaching the history of Olympic Games. We can also invite famous athletes to set an example by motivating students to work hard and do their best.

In order to identify one action to promote Olympics values we would mention trying new sports with friends or family members because you will feel comfortable and it’s funnier than going alone. First of all , teacher and coaches have to talk to the students about the values of sports , friendship,respect and excellence.

This is able to happend if they are working as a team and learn that whoever try will be awarded. Practical this can happend when the students who is doing a sport have learned from his fault and he is trying to be better and not give up.
