The Family Advocacy Clinic, which serves victims of family violence, is comprised of a Civil Protection Unit (CPU) and a Child Custody Unit (CCU). Law students who choose to intern in the CPU work with staff attorneys to assist victims to obtain protection orders against abusers. The CPU also provides assistance to these individuals with landlord/tenant issues, employment concerns, and divorce or dissolution proceedings. In the CCU the interns work with staff attorneys to provide full representation in contested child custody cases.

Provides grieving mothers and their families support by offering individual and group counseling, mentoring, support and outreach programs, annual and monthly outings and events. This resource is focused on helping families who have lost a loved one due to violence.

The Soy Latina, "I am Latina," Victim Services Program serves victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, family violence, dating violence, and stalking. Promotora Specialists, similar to a Promotora de Salud - community health worker, fulfill many functions while working with these cases; they become victim advocates, educators, and caseworkers to ensure that the victim has access to every legal, medical, and social service available to them.
