The discussions with other participants were especially helpful in tackling my problem in the organization. This experience reinforced the idea that learning happens all the time and comes in many forms.</p></li><li><p>Workplace learning is a continuous process that requires a holistic approach to be effective. It involves not only the learning methods but also the underlying issues of the learner and how we execute it.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
