 • 무조건 주소지만 된다고 해서 학생이 입학을 하면 과밀학급이여도 받을수밖에 없음 
 • 새로생긴 학교는 공간을 많이 넓혀서 사용해야 할것 같다
 • 유치원7세반 22명 혁신유치원 이지만-구두결제 중요한 사안들은 구두결제.. 유치원 일안 쓰는 문화가 단협이 있어서 없어져야 하는데 하는 유치원에 아직 있음
 • 물사먹는 문화 
 • 민원을 두려워 하는 문화
 • 관리자 문제 : 관리자들 기싸움, 공문에서 형식만 중요하게 생각하는 것
 • 선생님들 문화 : 관리자가 짜르는 것도 아닌데 바짝 엎드리는 것, 변화를 꾀하는 사람들이 다수가 되지 않으면 학교가 바뀌는 것이 어려운 것 같다, 나이에 상관없이 변화를 하거나 하는 것들에 수동적이고 튀면 안된다는 생각. 학년이 다같이 맞춰서 해야한다는 생각이 지배적임, 
 • 학교밖에서는 초등학교 선생님들이 다 논다고 생각하는데 실제로 학교에 와서 근무해보니 너무 바쁘더라
 • 교사라는 직업은 끊임없이 연구해야 하는데 방학기 없으면 정말
