    Coarsely beat the egg and sugar in a bowl.

    Mix the flour and baking powder separately, then mix half of them with the preparation.

    STEP 4
    milk
    plain flour
    Gradually dilute with the milk while adding the other half of flour little by little (this will avoid creating lumps).

    STEP 5
    No resting time is necessary, other than just the time to heat up your skillet over medium heat. Oil or butter the pan with paper towel.

    STEP 6
    Using a small ladle or a large sauce spoon, place "circles" in the pan.

    STEP 7
