2.He could her this lady screaming that they were going to kill her, bomb her, and maybe even shot her.That is a very scary part of the book and it was a part that kinda stuck in my head for a few minutes.
3.Misha had a rash and then she went to the doctor and the doctor said after a few days it was gone and it was just peeling. This is bad because sometimes there maybe is not a doctor there to help or he is busy.
4.Misha had to get her appendix taken out and he wrote his mother a letter telling her that he got his appendix out and that there is a doctor in town. This is scary because what if there is not a doctor that was there and his appendix burst.
5.They had to push a wagon and he yelled at his partner to push because he was not pushing the wagon at all. When Misha and his room had to get up early was very frightening. You can obviously tell that something bad is going to happen. And that is true. They had to line up in hundreds of lines to be counted. This is very heart racing because, people are fainting all around them.
2. When a Bomber flew over them everybody, even the readers, freaked out. Everyone started screaming that they would bomb and kill them all. I even thought the story might have ended there.
3. When I found out Misha had scarlet fever I got very scared. Scarlet fever is a terrible sickness that isn't fun. Back then, it was especially dangerous. One reason is, this was when medicine wasn't that great. And another reason, is in the camps, they probably didn't had little to no medicine.
4. It was heart warming to hear that Misha's friends made him a memory book. I fell like they wanted him to stay positive and happy while, in his time of illness. Many positive messages were wrote in this memory book.
5. The nurse was very annoying not only to Misha but, the readers. The nurse kept saying to read his memory book. In the beginning of the book Franta stated that most likely everybody would come down with an illness sooner or later. He was right. Misha came down with scarlet fever. This potentially fatal disease was most likely spread to many others in that camp. The circumstances are just right. I felt very sad when The Gruenbaums were finally put on a transport that they could not escape.  This will put an end to their memories at Terezin. They may not survive at the next camp. That would be sad if a family member would not make it.
2. I was worried when mother was no where to be found when the time came to get on the transport. I was worried that the Nazis may have taken here away somewhere else or, separated them. 
3. I felt hopeful that the transport may have taken them some where even better than Terezin. Just because it was the Holocaust, doesn't mean every camp was bad. But, it is still hard to imagine a camp better than Terezin.
4. I was scared when the Nazis almost came into Misha's holding room. It felt like they almost didn't make it off the transport. The barking dogs and gunshots were also frightening. I bet the holding room before them was used because, the Nazis must have killed many people on that transport list.
5. I was relieved when Misha heard that the Germans had retreated past Terezin. Even though Misha never talked about the liberation of the camp, I feel like the retreat almost guaranteed Misha's freedom. In World War 2 not all camps were bad. Some camps were hard to imagine even existed at the time. But, some were easy to imagine all of the death, pain, and suffering. Misha was lucky and was sent to a new camp that was great. But, after awhile he was sent to another camp. This is scary because who knows if the SS is going to come and they could tell the Nazis and they could shot them.
2. The SS Guard told Misha and his mother to go up to the door and then they went in and went to the third door and then as soon as they got  in there Misha knew the person.  This is cool because then Misha has someone to talk to while he was just sitting in there bored.
3.The part that is sad in the book is when the family has to leave there home and go live at a camp. This is heartbreaking.
4.When they were at the camp Misha's mom wanted to play cards but Misha did not but they were missing cards. This is sad Misha did not play with her because if something were to happen to Misha or his mother then they would both wish that they played cards.
5.Misha's mother has a box and she has a little paper in her pocket and every time that Misha saves a life his mother puts a little slip in the box.
