1)Once you have formed your group, you`ll need to take the image of the flower and place the social skill that you have been assigned, in this example case: emphaty.

2) Then develop in each petals the definition that you have worked on the group.

3) This flower will remain hanging on this collaborative panel so that the rest of the groups can see each component that you have developed.

2) Then Students work in groups to analyse case studies on conflict situations in social relationships based in their future job like Social workers. They use language for learning to discuss solutions and practice problema-solving and effective communication skills.

The situations:

1) A user is angry because they had an appointment at a certain time for an intervention, and they have been delayed because there was another user before.

2) Two neighbors where your work have had a fight between them, reaching insults and a lot of confrontation. And you must intervene in that situation.

3) A conflict between a mother an her son with whom you`re developing a care program, and they don`t know how to approach the situation. You must help them communicate. (The son don`t want to continue with his studies and the mother is forcing him to continue).
