Some customers are very disappointed by the new headphones products because tehy say that the bluetooth feature doesnnot work as they expected to. This has happened in two countries; Sweden and Norway.

Our service costumer representatives have informed me with with this situation, and I hope you will look up for this problem and reply as soon as you can.

Unfortunately your news saddens me, but we must to be careful and confident.
Our weaknesses are the following:
- lower price for own soups in largest supermarket chains
-the product isn't visible
-the actual packing are similar with leader competitor in Germany
-competitors offer frequently offers
My recommendation to improve the sales are the following:
-Jan must have colleagues. He make a great job but alone his work isn't visible
-redesign the packing and add "natural ingredients"
-offer supermarket's managers incentives to put our product more visible (top shelves)
-offer discounts/promotions etc.
I hope my ideas to increase the market share for our product.
