Teachers will write SMART objectives for each week based on José's progress and will discuss them with him every Friday, providing constructive feedback. Within 3 months, José will show improved fluency, as measured by a self-assessment and teacher observations, moving from avoiding oral activities to participating in 75% of opportunities during lessons."
