I really love elephants, I find them interesting snd fascinating creatures. I feel like the reason some people value elephants could be the same as mine or they understand that elephants are needed in the environment and they are very important. I don’t think my feels would change I think I’d just be excited that I get to see them in person and get to be around them more often since I rarely ever see elephants unless I’m at the zoo.

I’ve always thought elephants were very beautiful creatures, but I always thought they looked so sad on documentaries and even some zoos. They always had such sad eyes, and I’ve always felt so bad for them, and I always get so furious towards some humans who are so cruel to them. I get why some people would value them especially if they’ve grown up with them or they were a part of their homeland. If I even lived near them, I’d be sure to take care and protect them at all costs because they truly deserve the world, but sometimes, we don’t deserve elephants.

I do think that killing elephants and poaching them does have a negative effect to the ecosystem and habitat, so I do think there is an imperative to protect them and make sure that their population grows and strive for the benefit of the ecosystem, and food web. I would say I value elephants to an extent, I understand their importance and how they’re well known for being kind. People in Africa may value elephants because they’re a big part of the history, there’s a constant worry for them because of their ivory (bad or good).
