Teachers went on a strike to get the money the deserve and they succeed and got the money or raises they deserved teacher are now making 53,474 as a second year teacher and depending on your school and all you can make more  .There is other ways teacher can increase there salary by subbing in other classes during there prep period and they can be coaching to make more money .
