MY MOTHER:)

My first relationship was with my mother which is the purest. And I learned a lot of things from this relationship. Trust is the foundation of any relationship. I was securely attached to my mother. I felt safe and secure with my mother. I believe that as long as my mom is with me, no one can scare me, no one can defeat me. Whenever I would feel lonely or sad, I was always searching for her. In those situations, she used to calm me. Once my emotions burst out, I would feel good. When I told her about my mistakes, she never judged me and carefully listened to me. So, I never felt like hiding things from her. Her warm hug is the world's best feeling. As a child, I always felt like she would save me from all the problems or individuals behaving badly to me. During my exams, when I felt nervous, she told me " I believe in you, you will do good, there is nothing to be scared of in exams, you will do well, I am with you". Her words would fill confidence in me.

I do not have so many relationships in my life but the few which I have are best and they taught me so many things. I believe in quality not in quantity. Those close ones are my parents, my brother, my aunt (my second mother) and teachers from my school and college. Now, I felt like TRUST AND TRUTHFULNESS ARE FOUNDATIONS OF RELATIONSHIPS.

My aunt is my second mother. She can read things from my eyes and body language, that what is going on in my heart. Whenever I hide something from her, she gets to know everything from my behavior. The love she gave me forced me to love her more than I love my mother. I love and respect her a lot. When I made some mistakes in childhood, she never got angry with me instead, she tried to find the reasons why I made that mistake and she understood my situation. I always knew that she would never be angry with me for my mistakes, I never felt hesitation to tell her anything, and I knew that she would act calmly. Whenever I used to visit her home, the first thing she always did was come to me, and give me a big tight hug. Even now, when I cannot figure out what I should do in a particular situation, I always approach her and my inner feeling knows that she will help me to come out of the problem. She always told me about the lessons that she learned from her life. She even helped me with mathematics and developed my interest in this subject. I became restless when I could not see her. I share everything with her. She made me feel that I was special to her and my presence affected her. I got affected by very small things and she was aware of it. She knows my temperament and my sensitive nature, she tries to react in a warm way so that I do not get hurt and also makes me realize my mistake.

bnuHe is one of those individual whom I love the most. I am her second mother. I treat her like my own child. I cannot see him in tears and can do anything to bring a smile to his face. When he was scared of telling his mistakes to Mom and Dad, he always came to me and would request me to fix his mistakes. He always knew that my sister would save me from Mom and Dad's anger when he made terrible mistakes at home. In school, when children used to behave badly with him, he would share his feelings with me. I always tried to make him strong and brave. I told him that he should never get scared of anyone as his sister is with him in the school, I would complain about them to the teacher. When he was scared of anything, I gave him physical comfort and talked to him about what was making him upset, these things would calm him down. He trusted me a lot because he knew if he would share anything with me, I would keep it a secret and would try my best to help him. When his teachers would appreciate that he was doing very well in his studies, I felt so good. His achievement is mine and we used to celebrate his achievements together. Now, that he started playing games, I always motivate him that he will do good. I believe that motivation gives children the confidence to accomplish their goals.

I believe teachers are our second parents. After parents, they are the ones who teach us everything. I had so many memories with my teachers. In the junior classes, if the teacher could remember our names, we would feel over the moon. Before the exams, when the teacher would wish us good luck, we felt so motivated. My English teacher, Miss Shazia was very nice. I was very close to her. When I was stressed about anything and was not focusing on my studies, she would call me and ask me if something was upsetting me. At parent-teacher meetings in the school, she would talk to my parents very warmly and ask about their well-being. Even if in the shopping malls, we coincidently meet, she would talk very nicely to my parents. There she would ask about my behavior at home from my parents. If my parents needed to talk to her before or after school time, she would always pick up the call and understand that something is important if they want to talk to me at this time. She would always smile and greet while meeting children and their families. Even now, she considers me as her child and asks how my study is going. She always motivates me to keep going in life. She always taught me to be a good human being and help everyone. She was also very kind to everyone and was never rude to even a single person. She modeled kindness and empathy.

I think building relationships takes time, they cannot be built within a blink of an eye. Relationships need to see various hard times. I had both sweet and bitter experiences with my friend. Trust is the building block of our relationship. I know she is trustworthy, she would help in difficult times. Sometimes, our viewpoints are different, we disagree on some things, and these things create cracks in our relationships. But after arguments, we openly communicate where things go wrong and we try to understand each other perspective, open communication helps a lot. Sometimes, forgiving each other is a good option. When one of us is feeling lonely, the other one would give a shoulder and would console the other. During hard times, we support each other. She is very straightforward, I told her so many times that she needs to change this habit. She hurt me and others with this behavior. I explained to her that this is not good, You need to change this behavior. The other thing that I learned from this relationship is being truthful and transparent in every situation. We never share things with others which must be between us.
