Identifying our goals without a plan to get there will result in more of the same.&nbsp;<br>Teach us how premier schools are overcoming their obstacles. Show us how better to utilize our time and resources( bc we can't work any harder with any less). Give us examples of an empowered building that has high expectations and minimizes excuses. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Totally agree with the comment re: providing ongoing PD to make goals happen. Can we also look at ways to make CEUs and PD more valuable? Right now, we give out CEUs like candy; therefore, relevant PD isn't valued (especially on ERPD days).  Can we have conversations that align our CEU expectations? It would be extremely helpful. </div>]]></description>
