Mass is what makes you up and it can never change no matter where you are. weight is the only thing that will change . it all depends on the gravitational pull. weight- a body's relative mass or the quantity of matter contained by it giving rise to a downward force. mass-a typically large body of matter. even in space your mass is the same no matter where you are. but your weight will change depending on how much gravitational pull the planet has. Jupiter is ten times larger then the earth. so you will weigh ten times more then you do on earth but your mass stays the same. but on the moon it has less gravitational pull but it has less mass. if you where to go to the moon you would start to float but still be able to go on the floor. even while on the moon your mass is still the same .
