My name is Betzabel Garcia, I am working on getting my Optician license. I was born in Cuba and came when I was seven. My goals are to have a successful business in the optical field. I am extremely passionate about helping others with their vision and for them to be able to see, it's the best feeling. One of my hobbies is going running or going on the boat with my family. Success to me is being able to travel and live with no worries. I see myself in the future definitely in the optical field being a successful license and potentially having an optical myself.

The CER method, which is Claim, evidence, and reasoning, can be used in our daily lives in different circumstances for example the news. We first look at the claim that has been all over the news either stated by a reporter or a person that is being interviewed. Then we would need to find the evidence, evidence can be found online, nowadays is very easy to find false sources so we would need to make sure our source is valid and look all over the internet just to make sure or you can always use a textbook for some circumstances but for this one that might not be an option, it all depends on what type of news. Lastly, now that you have evidence for your claim, you can have your reasoning. This method can be used for anything in our daily lives like the news. This habit is actually very useful.
