1. The activity was to make a powerpoint about me. I included things I like and what I like to do in my spare time. I mentioned the fact that I like football and that I also like to play games. 
2. The powerpoint helped me with communication skills because I was nervous to present infront of people i have only known for a couple of weeks. I think this has helped me to be able to talk to everyone when in college. 
3. what i think went well was that I put quite alot of facts on my powerpoint and it wasnt just bland and boring. 

4. next time I dont think that i could improve much as i did everything that was required of me in the task and i did everything to my full potential.

Evidence 2- I messaged Kelly on teams about my assignment and asking for help.
What went well? - I was able to get help with my assignment and it helped me complete it to the best of my ability.
What went wrong? Nothing went wrong as it helped me with my work.

Evidence 3-Work
 
1.Communicating with each other to get the orders right.
2. When we communicate about the orders, we have to tell each other what people want if they want extras or things taking off.

1.In a group we had to work together to build a wheel barrow. We were teamed together to compete against another team in a restricted time period. We had to use different parts to make the best working wheel barrow. 
2. We worked well together as we managed to get the wheel barrow done in a certain time. The wheel barrow worked and we all contributed into building it. 
3.our wheel barrow compared to the other team wasnt as good. We lost the challenge but it was a close contest
4.We would work together more and have a plain instead of just winging it 

Evidence 2- tower block task 
1.AS a team, we had to build the tallest tower against the other team, we had a certain amount of time and only a hand full of different block pieces to build with.
2. Together we managed to win the challenge against the other teams. it took us a couple tries to make the tower especially with the lack of pieces that we had. We managed to achieve it in the allocated time. 
3.There were a couple moments that we started to argue about which blocks go whereas we all got competitive, however we managed to agree with each other, and we all reached an agreement and managed to finish. 
4.There aren't many things I could change about the task because we managed to win the task against the other teams, one thing I would change is the disputing with each other. 

Evidence 3- Work 
1.At work there is multiple times where we have been very busy and had to work with each other. An example of this would be on Father's Day when we had bookings for the whole day. We had a big group in and there was a moment when the order got messed up and we had to work as a team to quickly add onto the order and let the chefs know just before the food came out.
2. We managed to get all the food out together and we got a good TripAdvisor review, we also got tipped.

We are selling tickets for a raffle for people to buy for a hamper. With all the money raised we donate it to the charity.
2. Comic relief
At comic relief we did a fund raiser by collecting money in a bucket and with pound we raised you could through a sponge at one of the teachers. People enjoyed doing this we means we raised alot of money for charity.
