The Syrian’s appeared to be aggressively in control of the place that Elisha and his servant were dwelling and yet when they were physically surrounded, Elisha stated the real facts of the situation “Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.”II Kings: 8. So it is for the good folks in Goma, DRC- they that be with them (the angels of God,) are more than the aggressors.

Also , when the army of Syria and the aggressive situation had been neutralized there was no further aggression, revenge, or violence, only the power of Love was in control. The Syrian’s needs were met ( fed from a “great provision”) and sent home. Order was restored, ideas of God were all in their right places and peace prevailed.

All that really exists is divine Mind and its idea, and in this Mind the entire being is found harmonious and eternal.

SH 151: 26-28

Open his eyes that he may see [us, them on both sides of the border]

Just as last weeks Bible lesson was clearly focused on the needs of that week, this one is on today's call.

I love that the attackers were moved by spiritual seeing back home, cared for, nourished and restored to rightful authority.

This is the day the Lord hath made. We live in none other.

“Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

“ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
