There are many leaves scattered on the floor, so the area this picture is in has seasonal weather. 
The air looks very humid and foggy, so it probably just rained or maybe it's morning where the cool air meets the warmth from the sun to create fog. But this picture is actually really pretty and gives off a "morning in autumn" type of vibe to it due to the beautifully colored leaves and the level of fog. Fall has be my second favorite season behind Winter, So it really catches my eye.
