[Lecture by Byun Geum-seon]

Youth poverty also negatively affects the sustainability of the parent generation and future generations. Lack experienced in early adulthood delays family transition throughout later life and negatively affects income and asset accumulation. The targets of youth policy should be expanded in consideration of non-economic poverty.

[Lecture by Park Su-min]

The debt of the youth generation is rising sharply. More and more youth people are taking out debt to maintain basic living. However, it seems that there is no agreement on whether the youth debt issue is a social issue. For this debt, a multidimensional approach to poverty is an important part of solving the problem. In addition, it is necessary to check and improve loan-oriented youth policies.

[Lecture by Kim Seol]

There is a need to improve the industrial structure centered on large corporations. The severely wage gap appears by dual structure of the current economic structure. Moreover, the transaction structure between large corporations and freelancers is excluded from the safety net of the labor law. In addition, the unemployment rate has decreased, but the bottom of the pyramid is widening between the layered structures. Big companies grow, but they don't increase hiring. Trade unions are also moving toward strengthening inequality.

[Lecture by Jang Hye-young]

During the COVID-19 period, youth people bought in houses or invested excessively. Since then, the interest burden on excessive loans has increased as it has become a high-interest rate. Eventually, as the investment crashed too, youth people committed suicide. But no one is talking about policy failure. Policies are called to be for youth people, and in fact they intergenerational transfer of wealth.

[Lecture by Kihyn]

The normal routine of the older generation has been broken. Many efforts and money are spent to build specifications, and the period is increasing. It also focuses only on opportunity equality. So individuals are blaming individuals of their inability. In addition, youth people are being used to strengthen their vested interests and lack preventive measures. There should certainly be a chance to revive the weak in their youth. There is a need for access to youth men in isolation.
