Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic (and now the war in Ukraine) has led to the closure of many institutions, including museums around the world, led to staff reductions, etc.

This period has prompted cultural institutions to adapt and transition to a new format - the format of visual online exhibitions or multimedia exhibitions. At this time, many museums in Ukraine are presenting new projects in this area (in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro).

The Artarea digital gallery (wich located іn Dnipro at Troitskaya Square, 5a) is a new format of cultural and artistic space, in which visual artworks are displayed in combination with video art (digital art).

The multimedia installation displays paintings in which the image seems to come to life.

All exhibitions are complemented by spectacular and fascinating digital installations, also with specially selected musical accompaniment.

The video presents stories about the exhibitions of the digital gallery "Artery" atthe Museum of Ukrainian Painting, namely the exhibition of the outstanding Ukrainian contemporary artist - Ivan Marchuk (40 paintings); the traveling exhibition "The Magic of Expressionism" with works by great artists of the second half of the 19th century (E. Manet, C. Monet, P. Cezanne, O. Renoir etc.), as well as an exhibition of graphic paintings P. Picasso (25 paintings from the blue, pink period, surrealism, cubism, neoclassicism).
