I want to be a principal because it is the greatest job on Earth. I feel that it is what God put me on the Earth to do. I want to go home exhausted every day from serving teachers, students, and families.

To invest in people beyond myself and make a positive impact that goes the minutes of a day and lasts a student and their family for a lifetime. It’s a worthwhile and meaningful job to serve a people and place and always work to get better for them.

right now I just want to better myself in this field so that I am ready if I get the chance to become a principal. I’ve learned that my plans and God’s plans don’t always line up so I need to be ready for whatever comes my way.

I want to be a principal because this is my community and being a principal allows me to invest myself more into this community.

I’m interested in this role because I want to serve, guide, and impact on a greater level. As a teacher, you want to impact the lives of children. As an AP, you want to help lead teachers to make the best decisions to impact the lives of students. As a Principal, I believe that you impact the lives of the community, providing overall vision/direction to impact the masses.
