         <description><![CDATA[<div>August 13, 1521<br> themestizo people began. On this day Cuauhtémoc surrendered to the siege of the Spanish conquerors at the fall of Tenochtitlán. At the time of the war, the fearful conquerordemanded that Montezuma climb to the roof ofthe palace to calm the angry crowd, but the deafears of the Mexica threw stones at their formerruler, causing him to die from serious injuries. As Montezuma died, Quacutemoc took his place.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The oil expropriation was an act of nationalization of the Mexican oil industry that happened in the year 1938, through the execution of the Expropriation Law passed in 1936 and in accordance with article 27 of the Constitution of Mexico on the oil exploitation companies. The decree was announced on May 18, 1938 by the then president Lázaro Cárdenas del Río.</div><div> In this expropriation machinery, buildings, refineries, pipelines, means of transport and all related things were taken, which were in the hands of various foreign companies, including furniture and real estate, all this was done with the promise of complying with payments to involved within 10 years.</div>]]></description>
