         <description><![CDATA[<p>Throughout these assessments, I realized that I did experience and allow a lot of my stress to dictate my mood and sometimes would cause me to prevent myself from accomplishing things. I tend to doubt myself as a result of stress-induced anxiety and limit myself. In addition, I learned that there is a 50/50 chance of me getting any stress-related illnesses later on in life. Both of these discoveries have made me more aware of the impact of stress on my life and the need for me to control it properly. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Over this 15-week course I hope to learn to properly manage my time throughout the day, and no longer allow stress/fear to keep me from achieving my goals. I can achieve these two goals by using a monthly/daily planner and outlining my tasks and work needed. I have recently been doing this, and I find that it gives me a proper visual representation of my days and allows me to feel calm and organized regardless if I am overwhelmed. </p>]]></description>

         <title> Lifestyle habits( December 8, 2024)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p>For this week I am going to be implementing a running routine by setting a goal to run at least 4 days a week, preferably on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. My goal is to build endurance and run for at least 20 minutes each day, and track them on my running app to witness my progress. Two barriers I may face would be bad weather, and lack of motivation/tiredness. To mitigate both of these I will schedule my runs in the morning when I have more free time, and I will utilize the treadmill at my gym if the weather is not good.</p><p><br><br></p>]]></description>
