2. Privilege subject matter and pedagogical content: teachers need to prove and  contrast how technology could work according to the different learning methods students have. Teachers also need to understand how is technology influencing their own learning process.
3. Use technology learning to challenge current professional knowledge: once teachers understand about different technological tools that can be used they can also manage to redefine or reconstruct his process of teaching, taking in count the results obtained during classes.
4. Teach many technologies: it is important for personnel to clearly identify what kind of technologies need to be used in different situations, besides, it is crucial to know about the advantages and disvantages they offer. For instance: Learning Management Systems, online assignments, online videos and conferences.
