Because everyone has the right of being born and everyone having the rights of being equal as a newborn.

I think this happens sometimes because not every time that somebody is held guilty they are actually guilty. In some cases the police takes people for something that they werent responsible for. 

I think this happens sometimes because there are some cases in which the law isn't fair to the people and doesn't protect people from attacks. I think this article can depend on the person because I think this could always apply if it's a person of a high status.

Most countries do comply with this law if you are crossing borders legally, however there are countries such as North Korea that don't let people leave the country nor let people in. 

I don't think the right is followed because countries do help each other catch people who are wanted from other countries if people escape. 

I think this right does mostly comply since there are legal tramits and documents that state your nationality.

In many countries people get married in a forceful manner and not because they want to. Also, forced to marry at a very young age. 

I think that people do have possession of what is theirs and this law is actually accurate. 

Not always is religion and other beliefs free. In some countries or communities people are forced to follow certain customs. 

I think that this is a right that is mostly accomplished because people are free to give their opinions through the media. Still, the government can also control the media. For example in Mexico, people who gave their opinion about AMLO and his gabinet would have bad consequences.
