1 Cultural identity - values and attitudes that affect the norms and practices of individuals.

2 Racial identity – how our race affect how we interact with co-workers from other races.

3 Ethnic identity – educate all co-workers to the dynamics that may arise between individuals of the same or different ethnic groups.

4 Gender roles – communication between members of different cultures is affected by how different societies view the roles of men and women.

5 Individual personalities – an individual from a culture can also be observed to be "open-minded" or "conservative” based on their own unique personality traits.

6 Social class – class distinctions are real and can be linked to actual behavioural practices and preferences.

7 Age- think of ‘generation gap’ as how members of different age groups interact with one another.
