my name is Laura Rodriguez I am from the city of Ibague - Tolima, I am dedicated to work in the clothing company in the administrative part, I am committed and being very happy, I am 21 years old, I wanted to study marketing but was not available, so I decided to study business administration and I am in the first semester, in my free time I watch movies with my family, I try to rest a while and organize home

 

I live in a part where I am surrounded by mountains with a very beautiful view, in the commune 6 the seagull high part, I live with my mother, grandmother and sister, in a corner house that is 2 floors is super big and I live in the first, there is a small garden in our corridor, she is inside has the living room, kitchen, bedrooms 3 bathrooms, patio and another apartment behind, is for blocks that divide the streets and I live in the 20, is a quiet place. 

 

I get up at 5:00 am, to get ready, make up and comb my hair, breakfast at 6:20 am, scrambled eggs with arepa with butter and chocolate, I take public transportation, lunch at 12:30 pm at work, I get home I take off my work clothes and put on my pajamas to rest I lie down on the couch and have a cold drink, for dinner I have broth and fried food, at 8: 30 pm I go to bed , I spend the weekends with my family we watch movies , we share family time playing board games and sometimes the steps with my boyfriend , we walk to know places together , we eat , we talk about our memories together and I stay at his house , very rarely I study English .

A través del estudio activo, pude asimilar la información y aplicarla de manera efectiva en situaciones prácticas.

Reconocí la importancia de la participación activa en el foro, ya que este espacio me brindó la oportunidad de interactuar con mis compañeros de clase y compartir ideas, perspectivas y conocimientos. Aporté mis opiniones, realicé preguntas relevantes y respondí a las inquietudes de otros participantes, lo que contribuyó a enriquecer el proceso de aprendizaje colectivo.

Participé en varios espacios de interacción y aprendizaje, incluyendo el foro de esta tarea, los Talleres de componente práctico (TCP), las Web conferencias y el B-learning. Estos espacios me brindaron diferentes formas de interactuar y aprender, cada uno con sus propias ventajas y beneficios. Aproveché al máximo estas oportunidades de participación, ya que me permitieron explorar diferentes perspectivas, recibir retroalimentación valiosa y mejorar mis habilidades a través de actividades prácticas.

- What are the main touristic places in your city or town?

The main tourist places in Ibagué are the Combeima Canyon, the Botanical Garden and the Primate Cathedral. usually places that our beautiful musical city has.

 

- What is the typical food of your city?

The typical food in my city is usually caldo de pollo, chicken broth, plantain, potato, cassava, arracacha, corn, parboiled onion, garlic, tomato, parsley and cilantro.

*Tolimense pork, the recipe includes ingredients such as pork meat and skin, onion, peas, garlic, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and bicarbonate.* Tolimense tamal is another typical food in Ibague. It is a roll and is perfect at any time of the day. It is made with cornmeal, rice, peas, carrots, boiled eggs, and pieces of pork, bacon, and chicken. 

- What are the main celebrations in your city/town?
The main celebrations in my city are: Ibagué's Birthday
Colombian Folk Festival.
Expotolima Industrial Fair.
Agroindustrial Agroindustrial Fair.
National Festival of Colombian Music.

- What do people do in those celebrations?
People usually receive the festivities, parties, dances, parades with great joy and we are very excited, we can see everything that the musical city offers, there is can see all the typical costumes, food and art of our culture.

In my city visitors can: usually we can take an excursion to the tin silver leaf
