My main source of knowledge that I believe about the world and God come from the bible. I have read other books that reference the bible and listened to many sermons that are sharing information learned from the bible.

The validity of my knowledge is not through sight but through faith. Sure, the bible could be stories made up. However, I believe in the bible and that it is God’s word.

My values and morals have been created through my faith, experiences, and family. Some morals would be worshiping and loving God, being kind to others, forgiving others, being honest, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

I believe that God’s creation is beautiful. When I think of something beautiful, I think of the ocean, mountains, desert, sunsets, and different forms of nature God so intentionally created.

Idealism emphasizes the importance of spirituality, the mind, and ideas over the physical world. As a Christian, I can see one way that my philosophy aligns by believing that spiritual life is more important than materialistic things and "worldly things" because our eternal life is in heaven.

I feel as if I can agree with some aspects of the realism philosophy. With looking at it with a Christian perspective some of the things aligns with what I believe. For example, Realists believe that there is an objective reality independent of human perception. My Christian views align with this idea by affirming that God created the world and that this creation can be understood through reason and observation.

As a Christian, I feel that my views don't align with Existentialism. Existentialists are searching for their meaning of life or why they were created, where as a believer I know my purpose is to glorify and follow God.

There are parts of Pragmatism I agree with. I appreciate trying to obtain what works good for all people in society, because I care for those around me. However, I feel that as a Christian what is more important is what God wants for us and what works for Him.
