What is good?
  1. Simple


What can be improved?
  1. Coherence/Alignment among the five levels: some description items appear  only in one standard (4: presents" only appear standard 4 to the team a great deal of relevant information;  useful information; ....)
  2. Adding more criteria including: Attitude, Time management, Leadership, etc.
  3. Some terms should be clarified: a great deal of, well-developed, effectively etc.
  4. Level 0 and 1 are overlapped.
  5. Data evaluation is complicated; biases towards a member

  2. Detailed analytical descriptions of each performance level

What can be improved?
  1. Evaluation dimensions specified in each level are clear.
  2. Some are not measurable, objective and not consistent.
  3. Add more performance criteria: Teamwork Process (leadership, communication)
