He doesn't states his full name, what he hopes to do here, or any specific skills. The individual says that he's very organized, but going by his body language, many "ums" and his breaking sentences tells another story. However, despite his attempt at a professional nature, I would not hire him. For one, there was a lack of experience and credentials stated, such as what is your name?, what job are you applying for?, and what makes you qualified for the job?. On top of this, the body language and incomplete sentences makes the speech come across as unprofessional and almost panicked. Also, the speech lacks remembrance. There is nothing within the speech that caught my attention and would make me remember the conversation. Although he did say that he put in an application and just went through an interview, but this doesn't mean that all others will know him. He should state his full name and also some more reasons why he should be hired, and what he can contribute to the company.
