         <title>DAY 1 : 12.02.2018</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>12.02.2018, Monday, 0830. Today is the first day of internship program at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (PHKL), Malaysia Operations Division (MOD). Kind of mixed feelings, nervous and excited to meet the new working&nbsp; environment and engage with new people.&nbsp; I stepped into the reception counter of the Human Capital Management at sharp 8:30am. Then, Mr. Imran Huneid Tyeb, my industrial supervisor greeted and brought me into the meeting room, known as Ipoh room, which was named after the Pantai Holding's branches at 9:00am to briefly explain about the company's introduction. Right after that, he have brought me to meet and greet with the employees from Human Capital Management&nbsp;<br>(HCM) and other departments such as marketing, procurement and so on. After that, Mr. Imran have handed me the very first task to do, which is creating an infographic diagram for the training sponsorship policy. Then at 1:00pm,&nbsp; I was informed that there will be birthday celebration and followed by lunch in the restaurant nearby, called Nahj and Belle in Bangsar, with my co-workers. Then, we return back to work at sharp 2:00pm and resume back our work. Time ticked and work ended at 6:00pm.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>13.02.2018, Tuesday, 0815. Today marked the second day of my internship with PHKL. I continued&nbsp; doing the task given by Mr. Imran which is creating infographic for minimum service period policy.&nbsp; I have successfully created an infographic&nbsp; at 1:00pm before my lunch break. Then, at 1:00pm, Mr. Imran along with my fellow co- workers, we have went to lunch at the canteen in the ground floor. We resume back the work at 2:00pm. Time ticked 6:00pm. Finally, I bid goodbye to all co-workers and left my office.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>14.02.2018, Wednesday, 0845. There goes my third day at PHKL.&nbsp; Super hectic day where I'll need take to a bus and two trains to reach PHKL, but luckily, I've reached at 0845 in my office. The first one to reach. Then, a brief discussion about the infographic task with my industrial supervisor, Mr. Imran. He have jotted down the mistakes I need to correct in my diagram, such as to change the background color, the type of fonts and few grammatical error. I continued doing the diagram again. After that, my friend came to fetch me up from PHKL, and we have went to the restaurant nearby for lunch. Came back to office at 2:00 pm and I resume back my work. I continued doing the diagram.Times up. 6:00 pm. Time to go back home.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>15.02.2018, Thursday, 0830. Today remarks the fourth day with PHKL for me. Day started well with good breakfast at the cafe nearby with my father before heading to work. Then, I entered at sharp 9:00 am into the office and started my pending works. After that, Mr. Imran called me to his desk and handed me a book called, 7 Habits of&nbsp; Highly Effective People and said just go through the book whenever you have time because PHKL, Malaysia Operations Division is going to held a workshop under the given title. The workshop is going to held at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur (GKL), on 26th and 27th February 2018 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Thus, Mr. Imran have gave me few tasks regarding the preparation of the workshop, which is preparing the attendance sheet, certificates and also the tent cards for the participants. There were 23 participants in total. All of the participants are from various departments such as, Human Capital Management, Facilities Management, Procurement Department and so on.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>19.02.2018, Monday, 0815. Fifth day of my internship training. After a long holiday weekend after Chinese New Year, some of us are back to work, and some were still on leave. Then, as per my supervisor's order, I have completed the certs for the participants attending 7 Habits of Highly Effective People on coming 27th and 28th February 2018. After that, he have asked me to print them out with the hard cover papers he provided. He have also asked me to print out the name list of the participants as well. Thus, I have printed out both the 23 copies of certificate and the name list and passed them to Mr. Imran to give the Head of the Department, Mr. Sharin to sign. Besides that, I have also give the Minimum Service Policy infographic diagram which I have done to Mr. Imran for the correction. He asked me to print the original copy and the diagram and pass to him so that it will be easier for him to do&nbsp; the correction. Then, he have asked me to print out a small sheet of paper with his and the department's name to paste on the plastic cover of the certificates as a sign for Mr. Joe Sim, the Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia Operation Division's reference. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>20.02.2018, Tuesday, 0825. The office seems to be reactive back as all of the employees are back to work after wonderful celebration and long holiday. Mr. Imran have handed me a book titled Fortis, and asked me to scan it. He have guided me very well on how to function the scanner machine and to the method to scan the book. After 15 minutes, I have scanned the whole book and sent a copy of the scanned items to Mr. Imran via email. Then, lunch break. My friend, Miss. Sharon and me have went to the Hot and Roll restaurant to have our lunch. I came back to office at sharp 2:00pm. After a while, Mr. Imran called me to his desk and told that one participant could not attend the seminar and I'll have to swap the names with the new participant's name given by Mr. Imran. I have done the corrections in the name list, certificates, attendance list and also the tent card.&nbsp;After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy of the name list of the participants who'll be joining in the 7- Habits of Highly Effective People seminar via email. </div>]]></description>

After a while, Mr. Imran have asked me to scan the certificates that need to bring to the seminar on the 27th and 28th February 2018. Then, he have asked me to do a flow chart for the training sponsorship document. Then, he have asked me to go to the Borders Book Shop to check whether colors papers are available to buy, but unfortunately, it isn’t available.          <description><![CDATA[<div>23.02.2018, Friday. 0805. Firstly, Mr. Imran have asked me to keep all the things needed to bring to the workshop next week. After that, he have asked me to print 3 copies of&nbsp; name list and 2 copies of attendance sheet. Besides that, he have also corrected the flow chart which I've sent via mail. Then, he have also gave me the template for the flow chart which he have done years ago for me to edit them.&nbsp; Then, Mr. Imran have explained to me very detail about the training sponsorship policy and asked me to do corrections in the flow chart. After the corrections, Mr. Imran asked me to print that current page and give him to check. After that, he have also informed me that there will be another workshop to be happen at Penang.          <description><![CDATA[<div>26.02.2018, Monday, 1045. Days started as usual but little bit different for me today as I'll have to attend my medical appointment at HKL, and I got my time slip until 11:00 am. Fortunately, I have stepped into the office at 10:45 am. Then, I submitted my time slip to Mr. Imran and he have passed the slip to the payroll department. After that, Mr. Imran, Mr. Fikri and me went to the HCM's store room to take the materials, such as books and etc needed to bring to GKL tomorrow. After lunch break, Mr. Imran and me have brought the flip chart to the car which was parked in B3. Then, Mr. Imran mailed me the updated version of the list of participants who'll be taking part in the workshop. I have updated the tent cards, attendance list and certificate and printed them out according to the number of the copies Mr. Imran needed. At 5:15pm, Mr. Imran and me have went to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur to make the preparations such as setting up the LCD, tent cards, tables and etc for tomorrow. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me to LRT Ampang Park to go back home. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>27.02.2018, Tuesday, 0750. This day started so well as my dad have dropped me early at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur ( GKL ). I've straight went up to the Level 9, and met Miss. Ann, the administrative assistant at GKL. After that, Miss. Ann and me have set up the flip chart with 10 sheets of mahjong  paper on each flip chart per Mr. Imran's instruction.  Then, I have also placed three colors, blue, black and red color marker pens and the user guideline to download and use the mobile application of 7- Habits of Highly Effective Program. Besides that, Mr. Imran also have asked me to pass the attendance sheet to the participants as they were requested to put their signature and state their accountability partner. After that, Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, the Senior Manager, Talent Management, Human Capital Management, Malaysia Corporate Office, Malaysia Operations Division, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, whom is also the speaker for the training, have started his session. The session started at 9:05am with a game for the participants to re-energize their day. Then, he moved on the first day, which is be proactive. At sharp 11:15 am, Mr. Ron have given a coffee break to the participants. Then, the training resumed back at 11:30 am, and continued with the second habit, which is begin with the end in mind. After that, everyone had their lunch break at 1:30 pm. Mr. Imran and me left GKL at 2:30pm and came back to PHKL, to resume our work.</div>]]></description>

After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked to prepare the necessary documents such as printing the name lists, tent cards, and the attendance list which he'll need to bring to Gleneagles Penang (GP) next week. Certificates are yet to print as there were few changes to be made with the name. Then, he have handed me few copies of CD disks and have asked me to write down the relevant particulars on it. At sharp 3:00 pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to GKL. We reached at 3:45 pm, and went into the training hall. Then, the training ended at 5:45 pm after the certificates giving ceremony to the participants. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>01.03.2018, Thursday, 0745. I came up to office very early today the first one to switch on the lights in the office indeed. Then, at 9:10 am, Mr.Imran gave me a phone call and asked me to come down to parking level B2 to bring the things which we were used yesterday. Then, after we come up, I have scanned the attendance list and printed the flow chart diagram which Mr. Imran asked me to do. After that, he have asked me to photocopy all the certificate of the participants participated yesterday. There were 21 of them. Then, he asked me to file in the relevant documents, which are the photocopies of the certificates, a copy of the name list, a copy of photograph and the original attendance list. Mr. Imran then asked me to go the pantry to help other co-mates to decorate the room for Chinese New Year luncheon. Time goes by, at sharp 12:30 pm, all the managers, staffs, along with the Chief Executive Officer gathered in the pantry. Then, the staffs from all the departments enjoyed their yee-sang. Work resumed at 2:00 pm. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>02.03.2018, Friday, 0800. This day started so good as today is Friday ! I came up to the office, cleaned my desk, arranged the documents, and switched on my laptop. After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked me to laminate 5 copies of guidelines on how to download the 7-Habits into Android and Iphone. Thus, I have went to the reception counter and obtained the lamination papers from the receptionist after filling up the stationary form. Then, I came back to my office and asked Miss. Azieana to assist me to laminate the papers, but unfortunately, she said she have no experience of laminating papers, but Miss. Azieana asked me to go to the MAQ department and ask someone to assist me. Fortunately, Miss. Naomi from the department taught me on how to use the lamination machine and I thanked her for teaching me. After that, I have submitted the laminated copies to Mr. Imran along with a bag full of documents, such as 2 copies of name lists, 2 copies of attendance sheets, 24 copies of tent cards and certificates which he will need to bring to Gleneagles Penang ( GPG ) next week. Besides that, double joy today as Mr. Shahrin, the Head of Department have gave Angpau to all of the staffs. Then, after lunch hour, I continued surfing www.hrdf.com.my and obtained some informations regarding the activities and schemes under the HRDF Malaysia. </div>]]></description>

First thing in the morning, Mr. Imran asked me to go to his desk and we went through the final check up for the documents which he'll need to bring to GPG in the afternoon. After that, Mr. Imran have also explained to me about Management Associate Program, which means hiring fresh graduates to undergo training in both Malaysia Corporate Office and Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Then, he asked to bring the trolley to the ground floor. After that, I come up again to my office and continue with my work. I have done plenty research about management association program, such as the definition, scope of the program, the purpose and so on. </div>]]></description>

I have also noted down the particulars, such as the job description and qualifications of the graduates to take part in the program. After that, Miss. Sara have asked help from me to unwrap the photo frames and arrange them in order according to the name list.          <description><![CDATA[<div>08.03.2018, Thursday, 0800. First thing in the morning, I have handed a copy of sketch of Management Associate Program which was done by me to Mr. Imran. Then, he have asked me to key in the 7 Habits Post Course Evaluation details in Microsoft Excel. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy to him via email. He have also taught me on how to do sums and division in Microsoft Excel so that it'll be easier for me to do the calculations next time. It also saves time.          <description><![CDATA[<div>13.03.2018, Tuesday, 0750. I entered the office very early and indeed I was the first one to be in the department. Mr. Imran stepped into the office and passed me the code requisition form to fill in for the Royal Lancaster Payment Detail. After filled in all the particulars, I have asked Mr. Imran to check to ensure all the filled in details are correct. After that, I printed out the form and gave to Mr. Imran. Later on, Mr. Imran have asked me to go down to GE Mart to check if there's any code type pad locks available to buy, but unfortunately, GE Mart don't have any, thus, I went to Borders Book Store to check and they have it but it isn't TSA compatible, so Mr. Imran asked me not to buy it. Then, I have went out to lunch with my colleagues at Bala's corner at Bangsar and we came back to office at 1:30 pm. Besides that, Mr. Imran also gave me to cut the name cards and put them into the name tags to bring to United Kingdom next week. Then, Mr. Imran have mailed me some documents such as voting forms, activity sheets and panel rating pack and asked me to print them as he'll need to bring to UK next week </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>14.03.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I came into the office in the morning, cleaned up my desk and shredded the wasted papers.&nbsp;After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to help him out to arrange the books which he'll need to bring to UK to give out to the participants. Miss. Sarah and me have arranged the books into two large boxes, one box have 84 copies and another have 72 copies. Then, both of us have tried to seal the boxes with cellophane tapes. Miss. Sarah and me suggested to use different type of tape as the current one couldn't stick properly. Thus, Mr. Imran and Miss. Sarah planned to go out to buy the cellophane tapes. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran have asked to seal the stands for the pop-up backdrop with the bubble wrap. Fortunately, I have managed to wrap them neatly as that was my very first time wrapping it. After lunch, Miss. Sarah and me continued wrapping all the boxes and travelling box with the cellophane tapes and bubble wraps. We were doing it until 5:30 pm. Time ticked 6:00 pm and it's time to go back home. </div>]]></description>

Sarah have asked me to assist her to create an invitation for the Parkway Pantai Malaysia Operation Division's Central Nursing Day. Miss. Azieana also helped us out to do the invitation. I started my day with my pending works which I'll need to update the list and the bar charts according to the region and overall data as well. After done, I have showed them to Mr. Imran for final check and he said it's fine, good job done. Then, he have also asked me to email the copy to him. In between this, I'm still aware that Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, the senior manager,talent management, is the one who'll be replacing Mr. Imran when's he's away to UK. After lunch break, approximately at 2:05pm, Mr. Ron have called me to his desk and informed me that he's one who'll be replacing Mr. Imran for these couple of weeks. He also told that he'll give me to do few things anytime soon. Then, Miss. Sarah have called me to her desk and gave me some work to do during the duration she's away to UK. She have asked me to send out the invitation cards to all the Pantai and Gleneagles Hospital all over in Malaysia. She have passed me few contact numbers and email addresses for me keep in touch about the invitation delivery. Firstly in the morning, I've went to the reception counter and met the receptionist to get the City Link's postage envelopes and the letters. Then, I've printed out the list of participants who'll be attending the celebration on the 14th May 2018 at Nexus Connection Bangsar. I have also insert the invitations inside the envelope according to the number of participants from every hospitals, which are PHKL,  PHSP, GPG, PHP, PHI, PHM, GKL, PHC, PHA, PHK, PHAK, PHBP, GMH, GKK, IMU/IMC and AAA.  Besides that, I have also fill in all the particulars in the postage letter, such as the hospital's name and full address. Then, I have submitted all the postage envelopes to the receptionist to be posted out. </div>]]></description>

I have contacted Mr. Rajpal, the Director of Nursing from Pantai Hospital Manjung (PHM) for his assistance for the postage. He have asked me to post to Miss. Jeyamalar for the AAA and she'll hand them over to Dr. Sany. Besides that, I have also posted out the invitations to Ms. Ng Kok Toh from IMU for the nursing students from IMU.          <description><![CDATA[<div>26.03.2018, Monday, 0755. I came into office and cleaned up my desk and arranged all the files and documents into the respective places. Then, Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, senior manager, talent management, is the replacement for Mr. Imran as he's away to UK. Mr. Ron have called me to his table and gave me his tasks to me to do. He have asked me to update accountability partners, email-addresses and contact numbers for all the participants who participated in 7-Habits of Highly Effective People Program and another task will be creating a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey form for all the Malaysia Corporate Office staffs. After lunch break, I have find all the email addresses of the participants from the Microsoft Outlook's address book and put them into the list. I have highlighted the names who's name isn't in the address book. Then, I have emailed to all the participants requesting their contact numbers to update in the list. Besides that, I have done some research on marking survey forms. Marking survey forms available in the internet are Monkey Survey.com, Google Form, and Spreadsheet. Finally, Mr. Imran have messaged me to go the admin and find for MCO's FedEx account number, but unfortunately they couldn't find it, so Mr. Imran have asked me to go back to his table and find for FedEx receipt. I've got, so, I snapped the receipt and sent him before going back home. </div>]]></description>

After that, I have also updated the contact numbers which the participants sent me via mail. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me and Mr. Ronizailani from MCO's IT department an email stating that I'll have to order food from the vendor for the Fire Safety Training with Bomba Program which will happen on the 3rd and 4th April 2018. So, I have went to find Ms. Rina from Level 9, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur's administration to get the vendor's contact number. After got the number, I have called the vendor and booked his dates. I have also got the menu list from the admin and sent to Mr. Roni for him to list down the foods he needed. After that, I have done some research about Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and also came up with few question to be put into the survey form. </div>]]></description>

Then, I have done few research on how to create a survey form. What are the platforms can be used to create the form. I have finally found out that Google Forms and Survey Monkey are two sites which can be used to create a survey form.  After that, I have learned on how to use survey monkey site to create the survey form. Then, I have do research and learned about on how to make questions for the survey form. After that, I went to meet Mr. Ron at his place and show him my work, but, he have asked me to send me the soft copy of it. After a while, Mr. Imran came to my place and asked about my progress on the task given by Mr. Ron. I showed him and he said well done.          <description><![CDATA[<div>02.04.2018, Monday, 0810. First thing in the morning,&nbsp;I started to do my training needs analysis task given by Mr. Ron. I started to create a power point presentation on the timeline of the tasks, so that I'll have a clear picture on what and when to do which thing. I have fixed the timeline until the dateline, which is 26th April 2018. I have divided into each weeks on what are the tasks I'll need to complete. After that, I have done brief framework about TNA, which consists of what, why and how TNA is conducted, the objectives of TN, steps to do TNA, the best practices of TNA and the advantages and disadvantages of TNA. After lunch, Mr. Imran gave me 3 envelopes of candidates whom are selected and keep in view (KIV) for Management Associate Program 2018 and have asked me to add in their educational, demographic and working experience into the template given. Then, I have went and scanned the pictures of the candidates and sent to my pc for me to attach in the template given. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>03.04.2018, Tuesday, 0800. Mr. Imran have called me in the morning and asked me to bring trolley from the reception counter, go down and buy two boxes of 500 ml mineral water for the training. I immediately took the trolley and went down to GE Mart and bought them. After that, I came up and delivered them to the Kuala Lumpur Room in the level 6. Then, I came back to office and continue updating the information of the participants whom are selected to undergo Management Associate Program (MAP) in Parkway Pantai. Time ticked 10:05 am, and I have called the vendor to check his whereabouts as the breakfast will start at 10:30am. After making so many calls, he reached the place at 10:30am sharp and set up the breakfast. I came back to office after all set and continue with my work. Then, I have called the vendor again at 12:05pm to ensure him to reach early as the lunch must be served at 12:30pm and again he's late! He came at 12:30pm and set up the lunch on the table. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran and I wanted to discuss about the changes in the menu for 04.04.2018. He planned to serve the main breakfast dish, mee hoon goreng and coffee at 9:00am, and serve the kuih and pastry at 10:30am, but after discussed with the trainer, he said he'll need to start the training at sharp 9:00am, thus I have proceed with the initial plan as discussed earlier. After that, at 3:00pm, I have called the vendor again to check his whereabouts and he reached at 3:10pm to set up the table for tea break. Then, at 5:00pm, Mr. Imran came back to office and asked me to print out the list of participants whom attended the training program as there are changes in number of participants. He said he'll need to pass it to Mr. Shahrin, the Head of Department.  </div>]]></description>

First thing in the morning, Mr. Imran called me and asked me to come down to the lobby as he'll pass money to me and I'll need to buy three boxes of 500 ml mineral water. I went down immediately, took the money from him and bought them. The worker from the mart carried all the three boxes and put them in Mr. Imran's car. Then, Mr. Imran asked me if I can ask the vendor to reduce the amount of pax from 37 pax to 30 pax lunch and from 37 pax to 28 pax for tea break as it'll be less people when the time goes on. I came up to office and called the vendor and asked him if he can and fortunately, he said he can. I have informed Mr. Imran about it as well. After that, I came back to office and continue doing the task which Mr. Ron gave me earlier.After lunch, I was continue doing my work. The vendor called me at 3:30pm and said he'll come and meet me at level 6 to pass the invoice. After signed them, I kept them with as Mr. Imran informed me that both of us need to tally both the total sum and number of participants whom attended. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>05.04.2018, Thursday, 0800. I have came into the office in the morning and shredded up all the papers which I don't use. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his desk to discuss about the quotations of the Fire Training which happened on 3rd and 4th April 2018. After making calculations, both of us have managed to tally the total sum with the cost of food for each participant for day 1 and day 2. The total sum for day 1 is RM 814.00 and for day 2 would be RM 634.00. Then, I have received an email stated that our HR Department will be celebrating Miss. Rehany, the assistant manager of payroll's birthday during the lunch later. Thus, Mr. Tham, Mr. Imran, Miss. Pei Voon, Miss. Sarah and me went to Wondermama Restaurant, Bangsar Village 1 by Mr. Tham's car. After a while we reached, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin, the Head of Department of Human Capital Management have arrived. He sat in front of me. So nice to hear that he's also a Kelantanese, so, both of us have shared so many stories about Kelantan to our co-workers. Then,<br>with a generous heart, Mr. Imran paid for 5 of us. After celebration, we had our lunch and moved back to office at 2:00pm and reached office at 2:15pm. I resumed back my work. I continued updating the information for the candidates chosen to take part in the Management Association Program. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy to him so that he can forward it to HOD. After 15 minutes, Mr. Imran have asked me to put the states the candidates come from in the list he gave me earlier and send to him in soft copy. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>06.04.2018, Friday, 0800. Firstly, I have cleaned up my table, wiped it and arrange all the documents in the drawer and shelf. After that, I have brought my laptop to Mr. Ron to show my TNA framework which I've done with Power Point, but Mr. Ron have asked me to email him the soft copy of it for him to review. After that, I continued doing my research on TNA to get further knowledge and details about it and it'll also aid me to do my TNA survey form. After lunch, Mr. Imran have sent me the list of participants whom will be attending 7- Habits of Highly Effective People at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur from 17th-18th April 2018. He have also asked me to do the necessary documents such as the attendance lists, name lists, tent cards and also the certificates for the participants. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>09.04.2018, Monday, 0750. First thing in the morning,  I have brought the invoice to Mr. Imran as we'll need to submit them to the Finance Department for payment processing. Mr. Imran have asked me to edit the breakdown list as I'll need to put the title on the list. He have brought me to the payroll department to get the cop on the invoice. The HOD, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin will need to put his signature on it before submitting them to the finance. After Mr. Shahrin signed on the documents, Mr. Imran have brought me to the Finance Department along with him to submit the invoices to Miss. Siti, Executive, Finance. Then, I have went out to lunch with my fellow colleagues at Babalou Bangsar. We came back to work at 1:40pm and resumed back work. After that, Mr. Imran have sent me few curriculum vitaes of candidates whom have applied to undergo internship with Pantai Medical Centre in Jobstreet. He have asked me to call them and ask whether are they still keen to do their internship with us as our marketing department is finding for one. I have called 2 of them and they gave me a positive answer and couldn't reach 2 more, so I have whatsapp them about it and waiting for their reply. After a while, both of them have called me through my mobile. I've asked them the same questions which I asked the previous two candidates, both of them have gave me a positive answer. Then, Mr. Imran have asked me to create a summary of the candidate's resume in the landscape table in Microsoft Outlook and also asked me to edit the resume's PDF title to the candidate's name so that he can send it to the Marketing Department. I've done it and sent Mr. Imran in soft copy. </div>]]></description>

I came into the office in the morning, switched on my laptop and found that Mr. Imran have sent me an email regarding changes in the names of the participants who'll be attending 7-Habits of Highly Effective People Program from 17-18 April 2018. Then, I have opened the folder and made the changes accordingly. After that, I opened the Performance Appraisal Forms which was sent by Mr. Ron and go through them. After lunch, Mr. Imran have called me to his desk and told me that I'll need to send out the email invitation for interview to the internship candidates, so, he sent me the template of the email. I have edited them and sent email to the candidates. Then, I continued doing the post evaluation form till finish. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>11.04.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I stepped into the office early today as everyday. I opened my laptop then found out that one of the candidate replied me her confirmation of her attendance to the interview this friday. Then, Mr. Imran wanted to book the meeting rooms for the interview, so, he have booked the Ipoh room according to the interview slots. Unfortunately, we couldn't book the room for one candidate as all the rooms are occupied fully, so we'll to interview her at Staff Chill-Out Area. Then, my colleagues and me have went to Bala's Banana Leaf Restaurant at Bangsar for lunch. We had some good food and chit chats and came back to office at 1:30pm. Then, I have continued doing research on the Performance Appraisal Form and Key Result Area. After a while, Mr. Imran called and informed me to email to Miss. Shirlin Ngan, the Admin Manager regarding borrowing flip charts for 7-Habits Programme next week. </div>]]></description>

Mr. Imran came into the office and gave me the certificates of the participants which have been signed by Mr. Shahrin. After that, I have printed out the tent cards, attendance sheets and name lists to bring to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur next week. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and gave me a task. He asked me to update the list of the training programs attended by the MCO staffs. Mr. Imran also have provided me the template and necessary documents. He also asked me to do for 3 staffs first before I proceed to others. After done, I brought my laptop to his table and showed him. He said it's good and can continue to do for others as well. At 5:30pm, I have completely done key in all the details, brought it to show Mr. Imran and he asked me to keep with me first as we'll need to do for internal programs as well. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>13.04.2018, Friday, 0800. I came into the office and cleaned up my desk as usual. Then, I received an email stated that I'll need to print out some documents to bring to GKL next week. After that, I have told to Mr. Imran that we haven't receive the memo from the admin regarding the flip chart we'll need to borrow for the programme next week. So, I went to the reception counter and asked Miss. Neeza and she said she'll ask her Mr. Fazrul about it and I said I'll need it by 12pm today as what Mr. Imran told me. This is because they have told us that they'll give us yesterday, but we didn't receive it till now. After lunch, the internship candidate have messaged me that she's here in office already. Then, I immediately messaged to Mr. Imran about it and he asked to take interview assessment form, print 2 copies of resumes and bring the candidate to the interview room. After that, he asked me to collect all the necessary documents and attach with a copy of resume and interview assessment. I did all of that accordingly and Mr. Imran complimented me saying, "Good job, Marina. Well done." </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>16.04.2018, Monday, 0805. I came to office and immediately prepared documents for the interview later at 10am. I have printed out two copies of resumes of the candidate and and attached two interview assessment forms with them. Then, I have also scanned all the certificates which we'll need to bring to GKL tomorrow. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me the list of participants whom'll be attending 7- Habits Programme at Gleneagles Penang next week and he told me that he'll need the name list urgently. So, I have done the name list and sent to him immediately. After that, I have also done the attendance sheet, certificates and tent cards. Mr. Imran have asked me to print out the certs so that he can pass them to the Head of Department, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin to sign in them. Then, I have also printed out two copies of name lists and attendance sheet and 24 tent cards. After that, around 3:10pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur to set up the hall for the training tomorrow. We reached there at 4:00pm after massive traffic jam. Then, we have set up the tables and flipcharts with mahjong papers on each. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>17.04.2018, Tuesday, 0800. I have reached Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur early at 8:00am to ensure everything has been set up. Then, I have put the guidelines of the 7- Habits Programme on each of the table. The first participant came in at 8:10am, so, I have asked her to sign on the attendance sheet and have her breakfast. After that, I have also opened the sweets packs and put them on four bowls and kept them on each of the table. Besides that, I have also distributed the guidelines and materials of 7-Habits Program to the participants. Then, after lunch, I have also put few A4 papers on each of the table for the participants to note down their points. Mr. Imran and me left GKL at 2:20pm to be back to office as he'll need to come back to office by 3:00pm to make an important call. After that, I have continued doing my research on Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Then, Mr. Imran have sent me a replacement name of the participant for 7-Habits Programme who'll be attending on the 24th to 25th April 2018, so, I have done the changes in the name lists, attendance list, tent cards and certs. I have also printed out the certs and gave it to Mr. Imran for him to give Mr. Shahrin to sign it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>18.04.2018, Wednesday, 0755. I started doing the research about the survey on Training Needs Assessment which will be needed to give out the HODs to fill in. Through this, we can get to know what are the skills and competencies they need for their staff. After done, I have brought my laptop to show to Mr. Imran and he have corrected the mistakes and advised me to check with Mr. Ron before proceeding. After that, Mr. Imran sent me an email and asked me to contact the internship candidate to ask her to send a properly formatted curriculum vitae to me, so, I have contacted her about it and she said she'll send me in the soonest time. After lunch, at 2:10pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to GKL. We reached there at 2:45pm. The session was stil going on. Then, at 5:30pm, the session was about to end and Mr. Imran asked me to give him photographs which we printed yesterday and he started to distribute them to the participants and in the meanwhile, the certificates give away ceremony was also held. Finally, the session come to an end at 5:45pm. Mr. Imran, Miss. Anne and me have started to clean up the hall by clearing all the tables, throw the rubbish, took down the mahjong papers and 7-Habits poster.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

After few hours, I have done them and brought my laptop to Mr. Imran, but he said he'll need the full data of the staffs with their IC number, department they belong to, date they joined the organization and the grade of their position. Then, after got the sheets from Mr. Imran, I have done my tasks accordingly. Besides that, Ms. Sarah have asked me to accompany her to bring the containers to the 9th floor. After some discussion, Mr. Imran have started to do my evaluation form and he have asked me to type it again in soft copy, print and give him to sign. After done, I have brought the form to Mr. Imran to sign on it. Then, I've scanned and sent it to my University's Internship Coordinator. Besides that, after lunch, Mr. Ron have gave me a task which he have asked me to convert the files from word to power point. I have done them and sent to Mr. Ron.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>07.05.2018, Monday, 0800. I came into the office, cleaned my table, fixed my laptop and started my work. Firstly, I started do my Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which is I'll need to do the survey with Monkey Survey app as per Mr. Imran's idea. After that, I have continued doing the pending Mr. Ron's work, which is I'll need to convert files from Microsoft Word to Microsoft Power Point.&nbsp;After further discussions with Mr. Ron, he have asked me to fine tune the slides according to the sizes and margins. He wanted all the sizes and margin to be in uniform. However, I have managed to do them and submitted to Mr. Ron at 5:45 pm. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>14.05.2018, Monday, 0800. A new Malaysia. Today is the very first day to the office after the General Election which happened on the 09.05.2018 (Wednesday) last week. I came into the office as usual and start to clean my table, arrange the documents, wiped the desks. Then, Mr. Imran have called me to his place to discuss about the LNA. He have also checked the works which I have done and we found out that we'll to reduce the number of questions as SurveyMonkey only allows to send out 10 questions for free to 10 respondents, but unfortunately, our survey have exceeded more than 10 questions. Thus, we can only use the survey in a paid form, so, Mr. Imran suggested me to do a letter about the SurveyMonkey app and the benefits of using it to show it to the Head of Department, Mr Shahrin to purchase. I have done them and showed to Mr. Imran, he checked and let me know that I'll have to reduce the number of words from the letter. Therefore, I have altered the letter and showed to Mr. Imran. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>15.05.2018, Tuesday, 0800. My day started as usual as I came into the office, made myself a cup of milk and started my work at 9:00 am. After that, Mr. Imran came in and asked me to meet him regarding training works which needed to be done by this week, thus, for that, Mr. Imran have asked me to call Miss. Roshaida, the Senior Executive from IT to ask for the attendance list for the ITIL Training which happened on January 2018. I have rang up twice to her but she did not pick up the call. I have informed Mr. Imran about it and he asked me to try few more times. Then, I continued doing my Learning Needs Analysis ( LNA ) survey alterations as Mr. Imran have asked me to reduce the number of questions to be able to access to all respondents because SurveyMonkey app only allow to send out survey for questions less than 10. Then, Miss. Azieana have called me for help to decorate the pantry for the birthday celebration for the one who celebrated from the month of January to April. After that, all set to ready for the celebration and we really had a good lunch together with my colleagues. Then, I came back to office at 2:10pm and continue doing my work. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>16.05.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I came into the office as usual, groomed up myself, switched on my laptop and started to do my work. Mr. Imran messaged around 9:30 am and asked me to check the status of the payment of the BOMBA training with Miss Siti from Finance department. I have called her and she informed me that she didn't receive any invoice and Mr. Imran have asked me to ask Miss. Azieana. Miss. Azieana have informed me that she did not receive any invoice from BOMBA as well. Then, I messaged back Mr. Imran about it and he have asked me to do the cost breakdown for the training. After that, my department, Human Capital Management (HCM) have organized pot luck among our staffs. Then, I have continued doing my work at 2:00 pm. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to go to his desk to discuss about the LNA. After the discussion, Mr. Imran have asked me to do the necessary editing. </div>]]></description>

After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and informed me that the total amount for the BOMBA training would be RM 3840.00 and not RM 3000.00, so, I came back to my place and correct the cost distribution accordingly.&nbsp;After that, Mr. Imran have handed me two sets of internship candidate's profile and relevant documents and asked me to file in according to the sample file he have given me. Then, he have also handed me another file called Proposal &amp; Agreements. He asked me to transfer them from the old file to the new one. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>21.05.2018, Monday, 0815. I came up into the office, rested a while and switched on my laptop at 8:45am. I started to my work on LNA as I'll need to send out the survey to test the back end process to the staffs among our HR department. I have made the survey open so that they can easily access into the survey. After all typed, I brought my laptop to Mr. Imran for checking, and he have pointed out my mistakes and have asked me to do corrections on it and also told me that they survey should be sent out through the Survey Monkey software and not through e-mail. After that, Mr. Imran also have informed me that I'll need to update the training list of participants from Malaysia Corporate Office (MCO). Then, he have also asked me to contact a candidate as my replacement for the internship training. I have contacted her, but she didn't reply. </div>]]></description>

First thing in the morning, I reminded Mr. Imran to give me the list to external training which I'll need to update into the Parkway Pantai Global Training List. Then, after obtaining the files and documents from Mr. Imran, I have started to key in the necessary inputs into the document. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran have also asked me to contact, Noreen, the internship candidate for the marketing department that she'll receive an official email from Mr. Imran about the offer. At 11:33am, I have received an unexpected news from my father that my uncle has passed away. Thus, I informed Mr. Imran about it and he have asked me to write the leave form as half day for today and full day for tomorrow. Then, I left the office at 1:00pm. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>25.05.2018,&nbsp; Friday, 0755. Less than 10 days for my internship to come to an end. I stepped into the office early as usual and started to clean to my desk and drawers. I wanted to shred the waste papers but unfortunately the shredding machine was out of order. Thus, I came back to my place and wiped my table, arrange my documents and start to update my padlet work. Besides that, I have also got to know that we'll have to interview our industrial supervisor for video presentation, thus, I have read the guidelines and prepared to talk with Mr. Imran about it, but unfortunately he was very busy and I've planned to talk with him about it on Monday. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and talked with me about few things I need to done before I end my internship with the company. Firstly, he have asked me to list down all the tasks which I have done in the HR department along with the Learning and Development team. Second, I'll need update the 7-habits and Performance Management Program training list to date by using the latest list sent by Mr. Imran. Third, I have to update the Parkway Pantai Global Training List, which is the Internal and External Trainings conducted by Parkway Pantai. After lunch break, Mr. Imran have asked me to ask for the training files from Miss. Azieana, the HR Support Assistant. Then, I have started to update the training list for 2018 in chronological order. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>30.05.2018, Wednesday, 0835. My day started beautifully as dad and me have went to the nearby shop to have our breakfast before head to work. Then, after breakfast, I came into office and started to do my work as usual. Mr. Imran have called me to his place and gave me an invoice to purchase the 7-habits participant kits and asked me to give it to Miss. Hanim from the finance department. I immediately brought it to the finance department and submitted them. After that, I have discussed with Mr. Imran about my video project presentation and I told him that I'll have to interview a person from the higher management for it and he gave me the idea to interview the Head of the Department, Mr. Shahrin. Mr. Imran also have asked me to prepare questions to ask Mr. Shahrin. I have prepared few questions to be asked and showed Mr. Imran and he have edited few questions from the list which I've done. Then, about 11:30 am, Mr. Imran and me have went to meet Mr. Shahrin and Mr. Shahrin have asked me to meet him at 2:30 pm. After the lunch break, around 2:35 pm, I have went to meet Mr. Shahrin and he's prepared to answer my question. After going through the question again, he said I can start to record the video. Mr. Shahrin have answered all the prepared questions so gently without any hesitation. After that, I have requested him to take a picture with him, and both of us took picture in front of the office. Then, I thanked Mr. Shahrin for his time for me, came back to my place and resumed back my work. </div>]]></description>

After that, I have started to continue doing my work as I have completely done updating the global training forms. I have brought my laptop and showed them to Mr. Imran and he have told me that it's good and have asked me to jot down a 'keyed-in' mark on the training forms which have been keyed-in in the list. Then, Mr. Imran have asked me to email to Survey Monkey for the request to use the software for free temporarily to convert the result to MS Excel. I have requested the cleaner aunty for soap and wiped my table with it. Then, as usual, I have started my work at 9:00 am. I have updated all the documents in my laptop, which is I have deleted all the unnecessary files and programs in it. After that, Mr. Imran have passed me CV of an candidate to be hired for our department as my replacement. I have called up to her and unfortunately, she is attached to another company. Then, I have also reminded Mr. Imran that he'll need to send me the list of employees for Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, and Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu.          <description><![CDATA[<div>04.06.2018, Monday, 0755. One more day to go to finish my internship with Parkway Pantai Limited, Malaysia Corporate Office. I came into the office in the morning and shredded all the unwanted papers and immediately switched on my laptop. I have planned to give Mr. Imran the 'Borang Semakan Penyelia Industri' and 'Borang C : Penilaian Prestasi Pelajar oleh Penyelia Latihan Industri' to fill in. Thus, I have prepared the documents to be given to Mr. Imran to fill them in. I have also checked the training list once again to ensure all the information are keyed-in properly. After Mr. Imran came into the office, I have brought both the forms to Mr. Imran and he said we'll have to discuss about it and he have also booked a meeting room for it. We entered the meeting room at sharp 11:30 am. I have displayed all my handover tasks list to Mr. Imran and he have asked me to edit few places. Then, we have moved on to the forms. Mr. Imran have completed them and signed on it. Besides that, I have also changed the username, email address and password of Survey Monkey into Mr. Imran's account. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>05.06.2018, Tuesday, 0800. The last day of internship. Time flew so fast. 4 beautiful and fruitful months with my colleagues where I have learnt a whole full basket of knowledge and skills. Mr. Imran has been a very good motivator and guidance for me throughout my internship program. He always taught me to do things which I don't know how to do with so much of patience. My colleagues also did not fail to teach and correct my mistakes. Then, Mr. Imran came in and handed over my gift of appreciation to him. He received it so happily. Then, Miss. Azieana handed me the training forms and requested me to arrange them in the chronological order till date. After that, Mr. Imran have sent me Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur's employee list to update the participants attended the 7 Habits and Performance Management Program. I have done it and sent it to Mr. Imran. After lunch, I have met Mr. Fakhrul to handover my staff proximity card, then I have came back to office to meet Miss. Azieana to handover the stationary as well. After that, Mr. Imran bid goodbye farewell to me and I requested him to take pictures with him and with other colleagues. Then, he have asked me to handover my laptop and keys to Miss. Sujatha as he will go back early during Ramadhan season. Finally, at 5:45pm, I have fill in the handover list form and submitted all the necessary things to Miss. Sujatha, said goodbye to everyone and left the office. </div>]]></description>

I am so contented with the marks Mr. Imran have gave me. I really feel it's beyond than whatever I have done there. He said I have a very good attitude and must carry it with me wherever I go. That's what impressed him the most. He have evaluated me in the top notch for my personal discipline ( Disiplin Individu ) whwreby he have gave me full 5 marks for it. 
I am so thankful to Mr. Imran where he have been an excellent supervisor for me throughout 4 months. I have learnt so many important skills and knowledge from him. He have also gave me so many valuable advice and motivation.

Satisfied, happy and fulfilled. These are the three words I would like to express my feelings towards the comments and feedback Mr. Imran had given me for my work. I have learnt handful of knowledge and skills every month, not only from Mr. Imran but also from my fellow colleagues. Therefore, I am so grateful to work at Parkway Pantai Ltd C/O Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. It was a great experience for me. I will definitely imply all the skills and knowledge I learnt formy future use.

05.06.2018, Tuesday, 0800. The last day of internship. Time flew so fast. 4 beautiful and fruitful months with my colleagues where I have learnt a whole full basket of knowledge and skills. Mr. Imran has been a very good motivator and guidance for me throughout my internship program. He always taught me to do things which I don't know how to do with so much of patience. My colleagues also did not fail to teach and correct my mistakes. Then, Mr. Imran came in and handed over my gift of appreciation to him. He received it so happily. Then, Miss. Azieana handed me the training forms and requested me to arrange them in the chronological order till date. After that, Mr. Imran have sent me Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur's employee list to update the participants attended the 7 Habits and Performance Management Program. I have done it and sent it to Mr. Imran. After lunch, I have met Mr. Fakhrul to handover my staff proximity card, then I have came back to office to meet Miss. Azieana to handover the stationary as well. After that, Mr. Imran bid goodbye farewell to me and I requested him to take pictures with him and with other colleagues. Then, he have asked me to handover my laptop and keys to Miss. Sujatha as he will go back early during Ramadhan season. Finally, at 5:45pm, I have fill in the handover list form and submitted all the necessary things to Miss. Sujatha, said goodbye to everyone and left the office.

04.06.2018, Monday, 0755. One more day to go to finish my internship with Parkway Pantai Limited, Malaysia Corporate Office. I came into the office in the morning and shredded all the unwanted papers and immediately switched on my laptop. I have planned to give Mr. Imran the 'Borang Semakan Penyelia Industri' and 'Borang C : Penilaian Prestasi Pelajar oleh Penyelia Latihan Industri' to fill in. Thus, I have prepared the documents to be given to Mr. Imran to fill them in. I have also checked the training list once again to ensure all the information are keyed-in properly. After Mr. Imran came into the office, I have brought both the forms to Mr. Imran and he said we'll have to discuss about it and he have also booked a meeting room for it. We entered the meeting room at sharp 11:30 am. I have displayed all my handover tasks list to Mr. Imran and he have asked me to edit few places. Then, we have moved on to the forms. Mr. Imran have completed them and signed on it. Besides that, I have also changed the username, email address and password of Survey Monkey into Mr. Imran's account.

01.06.2018, Friday, 0800. I stepped into the office happily as today is Friday !! I made myself a cup of milo, and started to clean up my table. I have requested the cleaner aunty for soap and wiped my table with it. Then, as usual, I have started my work at 9:00 am. I have updated all the documents in my laptop, which is I have deleted all the unnecessary files and programs in it. After that, Mr. Imran have passed me CV of an candidate to be hired for our department as my replacement. I have called up to her and unfortunately, she is attached to another company. Then, I have also reminded Mr. Imran that he'll need to send me the list of employees for Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, and Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu. He replied me that he will send me right after they send him.

31.05.2018, Thursday, 0800. I have came up to office at 8:00 am and cleaner aunty have asked me to open the office door as she'll need to clean the rooms it seems. After that, I have started to continue doing my work as I have completely done updating the global training forms. I have brought my laptop and showed them to Mr. Imran and he have told me that it's good and have asked me to jot down a 'keyed-in' mark on the training forms which have been keyed-in in the list. Then, Mr. Imran have asked me to email to Survey Monkey for the request to use the software for free temporarily to convert the result to MS Excel. I have done and informed Mr. Imran about it and yet waiting for the reply.

30.05.2018, Wednesday, 0835. My day started beautifully as dad and me have went to the nearby shop to have our breakfast before head to work. Then, after breakfast, I came into office and started to do my work as usual. Mr. Imran have called me to his place and gave me an invoice to purchase the 7-habits participant kits and asked me to give it to Miss. Hanim from the finance department. I immediately brought it to the finance department and submitted them. After that, I have discussed with Mr. Imran about my video project presentation and I told him that I'll have to interview a person from the higher management for it and he gave me the idea to interview the Head of the Department, Mr. Shahrin. Mr. Imran also have asked me to prepare questions to ask Mr. Shahrin. I have prepared few questions to be asked and showed Mr. Imran and he have edited few questions from the list which I've done. Then, about 11:30 am, Mr. Imran and me have went to meet Mr. Shahrin and Mr. Shahrin have asked me to meet him at 2:30 pm. After the lunch break, around 2:35 pm, I have went to meet Mr. Shahrin and he's prepared to answer my question. After going through the question again, he said I can start to record the video. Mr. Shahrin have answered all the prepared questions so gently without any hesitation. After that, I have requested him to take a picture with him, and both of us took picture in front of the office. Then, I thanked Mr. Shahrin for his time for me, came back to my place and resumed back my work.

28.05.2018, Monday, 0800. I stepped into the office early as usual today and made myself a cup of coffee to start off my day. Then, I have started to do my work as I'll need to update the list of participants attended 7-Habits and Performance Management Program. Mr. Imran have sent me the list of employees from most of the hospitals, such as Malaysia Corporate Office (MCO), Pantai Hospital Ampang (PHA), Pantai Hospital Cheras (PHC), Pantai Hospital Klang (PHK), Pantai Integrated Rehab (PIR), Pantai Premier Pathology (PPP), Gleneagles Penang (GPG), Pantai Hospital Ipoh (PHI), Pantai Hospital Manjung (PHM), Pantai Hospital Penang (PHP), Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani (PHSP), Gleneagles Medini (GMH), Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh (PHAK) and Pantai Hospital Batu Pahat (PHBP). I'll have to update their names and the date they participated in the training programme.

25.05.2018,  Friday, 0755. Less than 10 days for my internship to come to an end. I stepped into the office early as usual and started to clean to my desk and drawers. I wanted to shred the waste papers but unfortunately the shredding machine was out of order. Thus, I came back to my place and wiped my table, arrange my documents and start to update my padlet work. Besides that, I have also got to know that we'll have to interview our industrial supervisor for video presentation, thus, I have read the guidelines and prepared to talk with Mr. Imran about it, but unfortunately he was very busy and I've planned to talk with him about it on Monday. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and talked with me about few things I need to done before I end my internship with the company. Firstly, he have asked me to list down all the tasks which I have done in the HR department along with the Learning and Development team. Second, I'll need update the 7-habits and Performance Management Program training list to date by using the latest list sent by Mr. Imran. Third, I have to update the Parkway Pantai Global Training List, which is the Internal and External Trainings conducted by Parkway Pantai. After lunch break, Mr. Imran have asked me to ask for the training files from Miss. Azieana, the HR Support Assistant. Then, I have started to update the training list for 2018 in chronological order.

22.05.2018, Tuesday, 0800. My day started beautifully as always. I came into the office at the usual hour and begin to do my work. First thing in the morning, I reminded Mr. Imran to give me the list to external training which I'll need to update into the Parkway Pantai Global Training List. Then, after obtaining the files and documents from Mr. Imran, I have started to key in the necessary inputs into the document. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran have also asked me to contact, Noreen, the internship candidate for the marketing department that she'll receive an official email from Mr. Imran about the offer. At 11:33am, I have received an unexpected news from my father that my uncle has passed away. Thus, I informed Mr. Imran about it and he have asked me to write the leave form as half day for today and full day for tomorrow. Then, I left the office at 1:00pm.

21.05.2018, Monday, 0815. I came up into the office, rested a while and switched on my laptop at 8:45am. I started to my work on LNA as I'll need to send out the survey to test the back end process to the staffs among our HR department. I have made the survey open so that they can easily access into the survey. After all typed, I brought my laptop to Mr. Imran for checking, and he have pointed out my mistakes and have asked me to do corrections on it and also told me that they survey should be sent out through the Survey Monkey software and not through e-mail. After that, Mr. Imran also have informed me that I'll need to update the training list of participants from Malaysia Corporate Office (MCO). Then, he have also asked me to contact a candidate as my replacement for the internship training. I have contacted her, but she didn't reply.

I have arranged all the margins and lines in MS Excel and started update my woeksheet accordingly.

17.05.2018, Thursday, 0825.  Ramadhan first day. My day started off beautifully as usual. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and informed me that the total amount for the BOMBA training would be RM 3840.00 and not RM 3000.00, so, I came back to my place and correct the cost distribution accordingly. After that, Mr. Imran have handed me two sets of internship candidate's profile and relevant documents and asked me to file in according to the sample file he have given me. Then, he have also handed me another file called Proposal & Agreements. He asked me to transfer them from the old file to the new one.

16.05.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I came into the office as usual, groomed up myself, switched on my laptop and started to do my work. Mr. Imran messaged around 9:30 am and asked me to check the status of the payment of the BOMBA training with Miss Siti from Finance department. I have called her and she informed me that she didn't receive any invoice and Mr. Imran have asked me to ask Miss. Azieana. Miss. Azieana have informed me that she did not receive any invoice from BOMBA as well. Then, I messaged back Mr. Imran about it and he have asked me to do the cost breakdown for the training. After that, my department, Human Capital Management (HCM) have organized pot luck among our staffs. Then, I have continued doing my work at 2:00 pm. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to go to his desk to discuss about the LNA. After the discussion, Mr. Imran have asked me to do the necessary editing.

15.05.2018, Tuesday, 0800. My day started as usual as I came into the office, made myself a cup of milk and started my work at 9:00 am. After that, Mr. Imran came in and asked me to meet him regarding training works which needed to be done by this week, thus, for that, Mr. Imran have asked me to call Miss. Roshaida, the Senior Executive from IT to ask for the attendance list for the ITIL Training which happened on January 2018. I have rang up twice to her but she did not pick up the call. I have informed Mr. Imran about it and he asked me to try few more times. Then, I continued doing my Learning Needs Analysis ( LNA ) survey alterations as Mr. Imran have asked me to reduce the number of questions to be able to access to all respondents because SurveyMonkey app only allow to send out survey for questions less than 10. Then, Miss. Azieana have called me for help to decorate the pantry for the birthday celebration for the one who celebrated from the month of January to April. After that, all set to ready for the celebration and we really had a good lunch together with my colleagues. Then, I came back to office at 2:10pm and continue doing my work.

14.05.2018, Monday, 0800. A new Malaysia. Today is the very first day to the office after the General Election which happened on the 09.05.2018 (Wednesday) last week. I came into the office as usual and start to clean my table, arrange the documents, wiped the desks. Then, Mr. Imran have called me to his place to discuss about the LNA. He have also checked the works which I have done and we found out that we'll to reduce the number of questions as SurveyMonkey only allows to send out 10 questions for free to 10 respondents, but unfortunately, our survey have exceeded more than 10 questions. Thus, we can only use the survey in a paid form, so, Mr. Imran suggested me to do a letter about the SurveyMonkey app and the benefits of using it to show it to the Head of Department, Mr Shahrin to purchase. I have done them and showed to Mr. Imran, he checked and let me know that I'll have to reduce the number of words from the letter. Therefore, I have altered the letter and showed to Mr. Imran.

07.05.2018, Monday, 0800. I came into the office, cleaned my table, fixed my laptop and started my work. Firstly, I started do my Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which is I'll need to do the survey with Monkey Survey app as per Mr. Imran's idea. After that, I have continued doing the pending Mr. Ron's work, which is I'll need to convert files from Microsoft Word to Microsoft Power Point. After further discussions with Mr. Ron, he have asked me to fine tune the slides according to the sizes and margins. He wanted all the sizes and margin to be in uniform. However, I have managed to do them and submitted to Mr. Ron at 5:45 pm.

Then, at 9:00 am, Mr. Imran came into the office and I went to his place at 9:15 am to get my evaluation form done. Thus, Mr. Imran have brought me to the Batu Pahat meeting room to do that. After some discussion, Mr. Imran have started to do my evaluation form and he have asked me to type it again in soft copy, print and give him to sign. After done, I have brought the form to Mr. Imran to sign on it. Then, I've scanned and sent it to my University's Internship Coordinator. Besides that, after lunch, Mr. Ron have gave me a task which he have asked me to convert the files from word to power point. I have done them and sent to Mr. Ron.

I have done both the evaluation forms and brought my laptop to Mr. Imran for the corrections. He have taught me to correct the mistakes. I came back to my desk and made the necessary corrections and sent them via email to Mr. Imran for him to review them. After that, I have set the calendar for the discussion of TNA with Mr. Ron and Mr. Imran. Since Mr. Ron is not available for today, thus, I have set the calendar for tomorrow at 12:00pm. After lunch, I have went to the Finance Department to check about the payment to the vendor. Then, Mr. Imran came to my

27.04.2018, Friday, 0800. I came up to office in the morning and cleaned up my desk. After a while, Mr. Imran came to my desk and handed me the list of participants selected for the Management Associate Program (MAP). He have also sent me the soft copy of the list. He have asked me to edit the details of the participants in the soft copy and send him. Then, after the lunch break, I have went to Mr. Imran's table and asked for the attendance sheet for the 7-Habits Program so that I can update the list of participants and file in the documents. Then, after got the sheets from Mr. Imran, I have done my tasks accordingly. Besides that, Ms. Sarah have asked me to accompany her to bring the containers to the 9th floor. Thus, Ms. Sara and me have went to PHKL (9th floor) and handed the container back to them.

I came into the office in the morning and started doing my pending work, which is I'll need to filter the staffs in the managerial position from all the hospitals and send them to Mr. Imran as he told me that he'll need to order the 7- Habits book for the upcoming sessions. After lunch, I have completely updated the data and sent email to Mr. Imran. Then, I have do some research on TNA. I was searching for the skills needed for each attribute based on the performance appraisal form given to me.

Then, Mr. Imran have called me to his desk and gave me a work to do. He have asked me to filter up the data for the staffs above the managerial level to get to know the number of staffs haven't attend the 7- Habits program. After few hours, I have done them and brought my laptop to Mr. Imran, but he said he'll need the full data of the staffs with their IC number, department they belong to, date they joined the organization and the grade of their position. So, I have continued doing the necessary key in into the data.

First thing in the morning, I have printed out the scanned certificates and a piece of group photograph of the participants attended 7- Habits Programme at GKL on 17th and 18th April 2018. Then, I have put them into the 7- Habits file. After that, I brought my laptop to Mr. Ron and asked for his advice about the survey. He have asked me to look into the performance appraisal form and come up with the skill based on the attributes in the form. After that, I have done my research about the skills and put them into the relevant attributes. Then, I brought my laptop again to Mr. Ron and he said it's a good work, but he asked me to send him in the soft copy form so that he could review it and get back to me if I need to do any correction.

18.04.2018, Wednesday, 0755. I started doing the research about the survey on Training Needs Assessment which will be needed to give out the HODs to fill in. Through this, we can get to know what are the skills and competencies they need for their staff. After done, I have brought my laptop to show to Mr. Imran and he have corrected the mistakes and advised me to check with Mr. Ron before proceeding. After that, Mr. Imran sent me an email and asked me to contact the internship candidate to ask her to send a properly formatted curriculum vitae to me, so, I have contacted her about it and she said she'll send me in the soonest time. After lunch, at 2:10pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to GKL. We reached there at 2:45pm. The session was stil going on. Then, at 5:30pm, the session was about to end and Mr. Imran asked me to give him photographs which we printed yesterday and he started to distribute them to the participants and in the meanwhile, the certificates give away ceremony was also held. Finally, the session come to an end at 5:45pm. Mr. Imran, Miss. Anne and me have started to clean up the hall by clearing all the tables, throw the rubbish, took down the mahjong papers and 7-Habits poster.

17.04.2018, Tuesday, 0800. I have reached Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur early at 8:00am to ensure everything has been set up. Then, I have put the guidelines of the 7- Habits Programme on each of the table. The first participant came in at 8:10am, so, I have asked her to sign on the attendance sheet and have her breakfast. After that, I have also opened the sweets packs and put them on four bowls and kept them on each of the table. Besides that, I have also distributed the guidelines and materials of 7-Habits Program to the participants. Then, after lunch, I have also put few A4 papers on each of the table for the participants to note down their points. Mr. Imran and me left GKL at 2:20pm to be back to office as he'll need to come back to office by 3:00pm to make an important call. After that, I have continued doing my research on Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Then, Mr. Imran have sent me a replacement name of the participant for 7-Habits Programme who'll be attending on the 24th to 25th April 2018, so, I have done the changes in the name lists, attendance list, tent cards and certs. I have also printed out the certs and gave it to Mr. Imran for him to give Mr. Shahrin to sign it.

16.04.2018, Monday, 0805. I came to office and immediately prepared documents for the interview later at 10am. I have printed out two copies of resumes of the candidate and and attached two interview assessment forms with them. Then, I have also scanned all the certificates which we'll need to bring to GKL tomorrow. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me the list of participants whom'll be attending 7- Habits Programme at Gleneagles Penang next week and he told me that he'll need the name list urgently. So, I have done the name list and sent to him immediately. After that, I have also done the attendance sheet, certificates and tent cards. Mr. Imran have asked me to print out the certs so that he can pass them to the Head of Department, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin to sign in them. Then, I have also printed out two copies of name lists and attendance sheet and 24 tent cards. After that, around 3:10pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur to set up the hall for the training tomorrow. We reached there at 4:00pm after massive traffic jam. Then, we have set up the tables and flipcharts with mahjong papers on each.

13.04.2018, Friday, 0800. I came into the office and cleaned up my desk as usual. Then, I received an email stated that I'll need to print out some documents to bring to GKL next week. After that, I have told to Mr. Imran that we haven't receive the memo from the admin regarding the flip chart we'll need to borrow for the programme next week. So, I went to the reception counter and asked Miss. Neeza and she said she'll ask her Mr. Fazrul about it and I said I'll need it by 12pm today as what Mr. Imran told me. This is because they have told us that they'll give us yesterday, but we didn't receive it till now. After lunch, the internship candidate have messaged me that she's here in office already. Then, I immediately messaged to Mr. Imran about it and he asked to take interview assessment form, print 2 copies of resumes and bring the candidate to the interview room. After that, he asked me to collect all the necessary documents and attach with a copy of resume and interview assessment. I did all of that accordingly and Mr. Imran complimented me saying, "Good job, Marina. Well done."

12.04.2018, Thursday, 0735. Came into office very early today. Mr. Imran came into the office and gave me the certificates of the participants which have been signed by Mr. Shahrin. After that, I have printed out the tent cards, attendance sheets and name lists to bring to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur next week. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his place and gave me a task. He asked me to update the list of the training programs attended by the MCO staffs. Mr. Imran also have provided me the template and necessary documents. He also asked me to do for 3 staffs first before I proceed to others. After done, I brought my laptop to his table and showed him. He said it's good and can continue to do for others as well. At 5:30pm, I have completely done key in all the details, brought it to show Mr. Imran and he asked me to keep with me first as we'll need to do for internal programs as well.

11.04.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I stepped into the office early today as everyday. I opened my laptop then found out that one of the candidate replied me her confirmation of her attendance to the interview this friday. Then, Mr. Imran wanted to book the meeting rooms for the interview, so, he have booked the Ipoh room according to the interview slots. Unfortunately, we couldn't book the room for one candidate as all the rooms are occupied fully, so we'll to interview her at Staff Chill-Out Area. Then, my colleagues and me have went to Bala's Banana Leaf Restaurant at Bangsar for lunch. We had some good food and chit chats and came back to office at 1:30pm. Then, I have continued doing research on the Performance Appraisal Form and Key Result Area. After a while, Mr. Imran called and informed me to email to Miss. Shirlin Ngan, the Admin Manager regarding borrowing flip charts for 7-Habits Programme next week.

I came into the office in the morning, switched on my laptop and found that Mr. Imran have sent me an email regarding changes in the names of the participants who'll be attending 7-Habits of Highly Effective People Program from 17-18 April 2018. Then, I have opened the folder and made the changes accordingly. After that, I opened the Performance Appraisal Forms which was sent by Mr. Ron and go through them. After lunch, Mr. Imran have called me to his desk and told me that I'll need to send out the email invitation for interview to the internship candidates, so, he sent me the template of the email. I have edited them and sent email to the candidates. Then, I continued doing the post evaluation form till finish.

09.04.2018, Monday, 0750. First thing in the morning,  I have brought the invoice to Mr. Imran as we'll need to submit them to the Finance Department for payment processing. Mr. Imran have asked me to edit the breakdown list as I'll need to put the title on the list. He have brought me to the payroll department to get the cop on the invoice. The HOD, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin will need to put his signature on it before submitting them to the finance. After Mr. Shahrin signed on the documents, Mr. Imran have brought me to the Finance Department along with him to submit the invoices to Miss. Siti, Executive, Finance. Then, I have went out to lunch with my fellow colleagues at Babalou Bangsar. We came back to work at 1:40pm and resumed back work. After that, Mr. Imran have sent me few curriculum vitaes of candidates whom have applied to undergo internship with Pantai Medical Centre in Jobstreet. He have asked me to call them and ask whether are they still keen to do their internship with us as our marketing department is finding for one. I have called 2 of them and they gave me a positive answer and couldn't reach 2 more, so I have whatsapp them about it and waiting for their reply. After a while, both of them have called me through my mobile. I've asked them the same questions which I asked the previous two candidates, both of them have gave me a positive answer. Then, Mr. Imran have asked me to create a summary of the candidate's resume in the landscape table in Microsoft Outlook and also asked me to edit the resume's PDF title to the candidate's name so that he can send it to the Marketing Department. I've done it and sent Mr. Imran in soft copy.

06.04.2018, Friday, 0800. Firstly, I have cleaned up my table, wiped it and arrange all the documents in the drawer and shelf. After that, I have brought my laptop to Mr. Ron to show my TNA framework which I've done with Power Point, but Mr. Ron have asked me to email him the soft copy of it for him to review. After that, I continued doing my research on TNA to get further knowledge and details about it and it'll also aid me to do my TNA survey form. After lunch, Mr. Imran have sent me the list of participants whom will be attending 7- Habits of Highly Effective People at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur from 17th-18th April 2018. He have also asked me to do the necessary documents such as the attendance lists, name lists, tent cards and also the certificates for the participants.

05.04.2018, Thursday, 0800. I have came into the office in the morning and shredded up all the papers which I don't use. After that, Mr. Imran have called me to his desk to discuss about the quotations of the Fire Training which happened on 3rd and 4th April 2018. After making calculations, both of us have managed to tally the total sum with the cost of food for each participant for day 1 and day 2. The total sum for day 1 is RM 814.00 and for day 2 would be RM 634.00. Then, I have received an email stated that our HR Department will be celebrating Miss. Rehany, the assistant manager of payroll's birthday during the lunch later. Thus, Mr. Tham, Mr. Imran, Miss. Pei Voon, Miss. Sarah and me went to Wondermama Restaurant, Bangsar Village 1 by Mr. Tham's car. After a while we reached, Mr. Ahmad Shahrin, the Head of Department of Human Capital Management have arrived. He sat in front of me. So nice to hear that he's also a Kelantanese, so, both of us have shared so many stories about Kelantan to our co-workers. Then,
with a generous heart, Mr. Imran paid for 5 of us. After celebration, we had our lunch and moved back to office at 2:00pm and reached office at 2:15pm. I resumed back my work. I continued updating the information for the candidates chosen to take part in the Management Association Program. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy to him so that he can forward it to HOD. After 15 minutes, Mr. Imran have asked me to put the states the candidates come from in the list he gave me earlier and send to him in soft copy.

04.04.2018, Wednesday, 0800. First thing in the morning, Mr. Imran called me and asked me to come down to the lobby as he'll pass money to me and I'll need to buy three boxes of 500 ml mineral water. I went down immediately, took the money from him and bought them. The worker from the mart carried all the three boxes and put them in Mr. Imran's car. Then, Mr. Imran asked me if I can ask the vendor to reduce the amount of pax from 37 pax to 30 pax lunch and from 37 pax to 28 pax for tea break as it'll be less people when the time goes on. I came up to office and called the vendor and asked him if he can and fortunately, he said he can. I have informed Mr. Imran about it as well. After that, I came back to office and continue doing the task which Mr. Ron gave me earlier.After lunch, I was continue doing my work. The vendor called me at 3:30pm and said he'll come and meet me at level 6 to pass the invoice. After signed them, I kept them with as Mr. Imran informed me that both of us need to tally both the total sum and number of participants whom attended.

03.04.2018, Tuesday, 0800. Mr. Imran have called me in the morning and asked me to bring trolley from the reception counter, go down and buy two boxes of 500 ml mineral water for the training. I immediately took the trolley and went down to GE Mart and bought them. After that, I came up and delivered them to the Kuala Lumpur Room in the level 6. Then, I came back to office and continue updating the information of the participants whom are selected to undergo Management Associate Program (MAP) in Parkway Pantai. Time ticked 10:05 am, and I have called the vendor to check his whereabouts as the breakfast will start at 10:30am. After making so many calls, he reached the place at 10:30am sharp and set up the breakfast. I came back to office after all set and continue with my work. Then, I have called the vendor again at 12:05pm to ensure him to reach early as the lunch must be served at 12:30pm and again he's late! He came at 12:30pm and set up the lunch on the table. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran and I wanted to discuss about the changes in the menu for 04.04.2018. He planned to serve the main breakfast dish, mee hoon goreng and coffee at 9:00am, and serve the kuih and pastry at 10:30am, but after discussed with the trainer, he said he'll need to start the training at sharp 9:00am, thus I have proceed with the initial plan as discussed earlier. After that, at 3:00pm, I have called the vendor again to check his whereabouts and he reached at 3:10pm to set up the table for tea break. Then, at 5:00pm, Mr. Imran came back to office and asked me to print out the list of participants whom attended the training program as there are changes in number of participants. He said he'll need to pass it to Mr. Shahrin, the Head of Department.

02.04.2018, Monday, 0810. First thing in the morning, I started to do my training needs analysis task given by Mr. Ron. I started to create a power point presentation on the timeline of the tasks, so that I'll have a clear picture on what and when to do which thing. I have fixed the timeline until the dateline, which is 26th April 2018. I have divided into each weeks on what are the tasks I'll need to complete. After that, I have done brief framework about TNA, which consists of what, why and how TNA is conducted, the objectives of TN, steps to do TNA, the best practices of TNA and the advantages and disadvantages of TNA. After lunch, Mr. Imran gave me 3 envelopes of candidates whom are selected and keep in view (KIV) for Management Associate Program 2018 and have asked me to add in their educational, demographic and working experience into the template given. Then, I have went and scanned the pictures of the candidates and sent to my pc for me to attach in the template given.

28.03.2018, Wednesday, 0755. I was the first one to step into the office. I have cleaned up my desk and prepared to start my work. Then, I have done few research on how to create a survey form. What are the platforms can be used to create the form. I have finally found out that Google Forms and Survey Monkey are two sites which can be used to create a survey form.  After that, I have learned on how to use survey monkey site to create the survey form. Then, I have do research and learned about on how to make questions for the survey form. After that, I went to meet Mr. Ron at his place and show him my work, but, he have asked me to send me the soft copy of it. After a while, Mr. Imran came to my place and asked about my progress on the task given by Mr. Ron. I showed him and he said well done. I have also explained to him whatever I've done.

27.03.2018, Tuesday, 0800. In the morning, I have started to update the accountability partners name in the list from the year 2017 till the current one. After that, I have also updated the contact numbers which the participants sent me via mail. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me and Mr. Ronizailani from MCO's IT department an email stating that I'll have to order food from the vendor for the Fire Safety Training with Bomba Program which will happen on the 3rd and 4th April 2018. So, I have went to find Ms. Rina from Level 9, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur's administration to get the vendor's contact number. After got the number, I have called the vendor and booked his dates. I have also got the menu list from the admin and sent to Mr. Roni for him to list down the foods he needed. After that, I have done some research about Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and also came up with few question to be put into the survey form.

26.03.2018, Monday, 0755. I came into office and cleaned up my desk and arranged all the files and documents into the respective places. Then, Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, senior manager, talent management, is the replacement for Mr. Imran as he's away to UK. Mr. Ron have called me to his table and gave me his tasks to me to do. He have asked me to update accountability partners, email-addresses and contact numbers for all the participants who participated in 7-Habits of Highly Effective People Program and another task will be creating a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey form for all the Malaysia Corporate Office staffs. After lunch break, I have find all the email addresses of the participants from the Microsoft Outlook's address book and put them into the list. I have highlighted the names who's name isn't in the address book. Then, I have emailed to all the participants requesting their contact numbers to update in the list. Besides that, I have done some research on marking survey forms. Marking survey forms available in the internet are Monkey Survey.com, Google Form, and Spreadsheet. Finally, Mr. Imran have messaged me to go the admin and find for MCO's FedEx account number, but unfortunately they couldn't find it, so Mr. Imran have asked me to go back to his table and find for FedEx receipt. I've got, so, I snapped the receipt and sent him before going back home.

23.03.2018, Friday, 0745. I arrived quite early to office today. Firstly, I have cleaned up my desk and shredded all the papers need to be shredded. Then,  I have also fill up all the particulars which for the postage which will be sent to TTMC (Twin Towers Medical Centre ) and AAA. I have contacted Mr. Rajpal, the Director of Nursing from Pantai Hospital Manjung (PHM) for his assistance for the postage. He have asked me to post to Miss. Jeyamalar for the AAA and she'll hand them over to Dr. Sany. Besides that, I have also posted out the invitations to Ms. Ng Kok Toh from IMU for the nursing students from IMU. Then finally, all the Nursing Day invitations were sent out to all the relevant hospitals via City Link.

22.03.2018, Thursday, 0845. Firstly in the morning, I've went to the reception counter and met the receptionist to get the City Link's postage envelopes and the letters. Then, I've printed out the list of participants who'll be attending the celebration on the 14th May 2018 at Nexus Connection Bangsar. I have also insert the invitations inside the envelope according to the number of participants from every hospitals, which are PHKL,  PHSP, GPG, PHP, PHI, PHM, GKL, PHC, PHA, PHK, PHAK, PHBP, GMH, GKK, IMU/IMC and AAA.  Besides that, I have also fill in all the particulars in the postage letter, such as the hospital's name and full address. Then, I have submitted all the postage envelopes to the receptionist to be posted out.

21.03.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I started my day with my pending works which I'll need to update the list and the bar charts according to the region and overall data as well. After done, I have showed them to Mr. Imran for final check and he said it's fine, good job done. Then, he have also asked me to email the copy to him. In between this, I'm still aware that Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, the senior manager,talent management, is the one who'll be replacing Mr. Imran when's he's away to UK. After lunch break, approximately at 2:05pm, Mr. Ron have called me to his desk and informed me that he's one who'll be replacing Mr. Imran for these couple of weeks. He also told that he'll give me to do few things anytime soon. Then, Miss. Sarah have called me to her desk and gave me some work to do during the duration she's away to UK. She have asked me to send out the invitation cards to all the Pantai and Gleneagles Hospital all over in Malaysia. She have passed me few contact numbers and email addresses for me keep in touch about the invitation delivery. She also said all of this have to be done before this friday, 23/03/2018.

Then, he have asked me to laminate few copies of QR Code for the Management Associate Program. After laminated, I submitted them to Mr. Imran and he'll bring them to UK this week. After that, I have continue updating the name list of the participants which Mr. Imran asked me to do. Then, I have updated all the number of participants according to the regions, Central, Northern, Southern and East. I have also added bar chart for Mr. Imran's convenience.

Yee Pei Wan updated the time and venue of the programme in the morning via mail. Then, I have mailed the complete name lists and the attendance lists to Mr. Imran via email. After that, I have passed the name tags which Mr. Imran asked to do earlier. I have put them inside a white envelope and passed them to him. After the lunch break, Miss. Sarah have asked me to assist her to create an invitation for the Parkway Pantai Malaysia Operation Division's Central Nursing Day. Miss. Azieana also helped us out to do the invitation. Fortunately, the design was accepted by the higher management and ready to print.

Sara and me continue doing the box wrapping with the cellophane tapes and bubble wrappers. After that, I did the name lists and the attendance lists for the performance management programme which will happen at Pantai Hospital Ipoh from 26th until 29th March 2018. There will be two sessions for the training, first one will happen from 26th and 27th March with 23 participants and the second session will happen from 28th and 29th March 2018.

14.03.2018, Wednesday, 0800. I came into the office in the morning, cleaned up my desk and shredded the wasted papers. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to help him out to arrange the books which he'll need to bring to UK to give out to the participants. Miss. Sarah and me have arranged the books into two large boxes, one box have 84 copies and another have 72 copies. Then, both of us have tried to seal the boxes with cellophane tapes. Miss. Sarah and me suggested to use different type of tape as the current one couldn't stick properly. Thus, Mr. Imran and Miss. Sarah planned to go out to buy the cellophane tapes. In the meanwhile, Mr. Imran have asked to seal the stands for the pop-up backdrop with the bubble wrap. Fortunately, I have managed to wrap them neatly as that was my very first time wrapping it. After lunch, Miss. Sarah and me continued wrapping all the boxes and travelling box with the cellophane tapes and bubble wraps. We were doing it until 5:30 pm. Time ticked 6:00 pm and it's time to go back home.

Mr. Imran stepped into the office and passed me the code requisition form to fill in for the Royal Lancaster Payment Detail. After filled in all the particulars, I have asked Mr. Imran to check to ensure all the filled in details are correct. After that, I printed out the form and gave to Mr. Imran. Later on, Mr. Imran have asked me to go down to GE Mart to check if there's any code type pad locks available to buy, but unfortunately, GE Mart don't have any, thus, I went to Borders Book Store to check and they have it but it isn't TSA compatible, so Mr. Imran asked me not to buy it. Then, I have went out to lunch with my colleagues at Bala's corner at Bangsar and we came back to office at 1:30 pm. Besides that, Mr. Imran also gave me to cut the name cards and put them into the name tags to bring to United Kingdom next week. Then, Mr. Imran have mailed me some documents such as voting forms, activity sheets and panel rating pack and asked me to print them as he'll need to bring to UK next week

First thing in the morning, I have make photocopies of the certificates of the participants attended the 7- Habits Of Highly Effective People from 6-7 March at Gleneagles Penang. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me the template of UKED- Graduan and the list of graduates Khazanah and Non-Khazanah Scholars for me to edit them with the relevant particulars such as the names, age, university, level of education, grade, khazanah scholar, mobile number and also the email address. I have done all the editing and submitted to Mr. Imran.

08.03.2018, Thursday, 0800. First thing in the morning, I have handed a copy of sketch of Management Associate Program which was done by me to Mr. Imran. Then, he have asked me to key in the 7 Habits Post Course Evaluation details in Microsoft Excel. After that, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy to him via email. After lunch, he have asked me to edit the post evaluation form of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People for the session of 6th and 7th March which held in Gleneagles Penang. He have also taught me on how to do sums and division in Microsoft Excel so that it'll be easier for me to do the calculations next time. It also saves time. Then, he have also asked me to check through the grammar, margins and formats.

07.03.2018, Wednesday, 0840. Today was hectic as I took public transports to office today. After reached office, I took rest for 5 minutes for me to calm down. Then, I resumed back my pending work, which is about the Management Associate Program. Today, I have done some corrections on the notes I did. Besides that, I have also learned on how to create google form via internet. This will ease the graduates to fill in their information for the company's reference and hiring purpose. Then, I have also go through the 2015 and 2016's training documents.

06.03.2018, Tuesday, 0805. This day started good as always. Firstly, I went to my desk and cleaned up the waste papers and shredded them. Then, I continued doing research and sketches about Management Associate Program. I've jotted down points on how to create a Facebook page and on how to promote it. I have also noted down the particulars, such as the job description and qualifications of the graduates to take part in the program. After that, Miss. Sara have asked help from me to unwrap the photo frames and arrange them in order according to the name list. I have also learned on how to create a page in Facebook as I'll need to create a page for the Management Associate Program.

05.03.2018, Monday, 0800. Day 15 started off beautifully. First thing in the morning, Mr. Imran asked me to go to his desk and we went through the final check up for the documents which he'll need to bring to GPG in the afternoon. After that, Mr. Imran have also explained to me about Management Associate Program, which means hiring fresh graduates to undergo training in both Malaysia Corporate Office and Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Then, he asked to bring the trolley to the ground floor. After that, I come up again to my office and continue with my work. I have done plenty research about management association program, such as the definition, scope of the program, the purpose and so on.

02.03.2018, Friday, 0800. This day started so good as today is Friday ! I came up to the office, cleaned my desk, arranged the documents, and switched on my laptop. After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked me to laminate 5 copies of guidelines on how to download the 7-Habits into Android and Iphone. Thus, I have went to the reception counter and obtained the lamination papers from the receptionist after filling up the stationary form. Then, I came back to my office and asked Miss. Azieana to assist me to laminate the papers, but unfortunately, she said she have no experience of laminating papers, but Miss. Azieana asked me to go to the MAQ department and ask someone to assist me. Fortunately, Miss. Naomi from the department taught me on how to use the lamination machine and I thanked her for teaching me. After that, I have submitted the laminated copies to Mr. Imran along with a bag full of documents, such as 2 copies of name lists, 2 copies of attendance sheets, 24 copies of tent cards and certificates which he will need to bring to Gleneagles Penang ( GPG ) next week. Besides that, double joy today as Mr. Shahrin, the Head of Department have gave Angpau to all of the staffs. Then, after lunch hour, I continued surfing www.hrdf.com.my and obtained some informations regarding the activities and schemes under the HRDF Malaysia.

01.03.2018, Thursday, 0745. I came up to office very early today the first one to switch on the lights in the office indeed. Then, at 9:10 am, Mr.Imran gave me a phone call and asked me to come down to parking level B2 to bring the things which we were used yesterday. Then, after we come up, I have scanned the attendance list and printed the flow chart diagram which Mr. Imran asked me to do. After that, he have asked me to photocopy all the certificate of the participants participated yesterday. There were 21 of them. Then, he asked me to file in the relevant documents, which are the photocopies of the certificates, a copy of the name list, a copy of photograph and the original attendance list. Mr. Imran then asked me to go the pantry to help other co-mates to decorate the room for Chinese New Year luncheon. Time goes by, at sharp 12:30 pm, all the managers, staffs, along with the Chief Executive Officer gathered in the pantry. Then, the staffs from all the departments enjoyed their yee-sang. Work resumed at 2:00 pm.

28.02.2018, Wednesday, 0755. Day started up good as usual. I was the first one to step into the office this morning. After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked to prepare the necessary documents such as printing the name lists, tent cards, and the attendance list which he'll need to bring to Gleneagles Penang (GP) next week. Certificates are yet to print as there were few changes to be made with the name. Then, he have handed me few copies of CD disks and have asked me to write down the relevant particulars on it. At sharp 3:00 pm, Mr. Imran and me have moved to GKL. We reached at 3:45 pm, and went into the training hall. Then, the training ended at 5:45 pm after the certificates giving ceremony to the participants.

27.02.2018, Tuesday, 0750. This day started so well as my dad have dropped me early at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur ( GKL ). I've straight went up to the Level 9, and met Miss. Ann, the administrative assistant at GKL. After that, Miss. Ann and me have set up the flip chart with 10 sheets of mahjong  paper on each flip chart per Mr. Imran's instruction.  Then, I have also placed three colors, blue, black and red color marker pens and the user guideline to download and use the mobile application of 7- Habits of Highly Effective Program. Besides that, Mr. Imran also have asked me to pass the attendance sheet to the participants as they were requested to put their signature and state their accountability partner. After that, Mr. Ron Shashi Kumar, the Senior Manager, Talent Management, Human Capital Management, Malaysia Corporate Office, Malaysia Operations Division, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, whom is also the speaker for the training, have started his session. The session started at 9:05am with a game for the participants to re-energize their day. Then, he moved on the first day, which is be proactive. At sharp 11:15 am, Mr. Ron have given a coffee break to the participants. Then, the training resumed back at 11:30 am, and continued with the second habit, which is begin with the end in mind. After that, everyone had their lunch break at 1:30 pm. Mr. Imran and me left GKL at 2:30pm and came back to PHKL, to resume our work.

26.02.2018, Monday, 1045. Days started as usual but little bit different for me today as I'll have to attend my medical appointment at HKL, and I got my time slip until 11:00 am. Fortunately, I have stepped into the office at 10:45 am. Then, I submitted my time slip to Mr. Imran and he have passed the slip to the payroll department. After that, Mr. Imran, Mr. Fikri and me went to the HCM's store room to take the materials, such as books and etc needed to bring to GKL tomorrow. After lunch break, Mr. Imran and me have brought the flip chart to the car which was parked in B3. Then, Mr. Imran mailed me the updated version of the list of participants who'll be taking part in the workshop. I have updated the tent cards, attendance list and certificate and printed them out according to the number of the copies Mr. Imran needed. At 5:15pm, Mr. Imran and me have went to Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur to make the preparations such as setting up the LCD, tent cards, tables and etc for tomorrow. Then, Mr. Imran have sent me to LRT Ampang Park to go back home.

23.02.2018, Friday. 0805. Firstly, Mr. Imran have asked me to keep all the things needed to bring to the workshop next week. After that, he have asked me to print 3 copies of  name list and 2 copies of attendance sheet. Besides that, he have also corrected the flow chart which I've sent via mail. Then, he have also gave me the template for the flow chart which he have done years ago for me to edit them.  Then, Mr. Imran have explained to me very detail about the training sponsorship policy and asked me to do corrections in the flow chart. After the corrections, Mr. Imran asked me to print that current page and give him to check. After that, he have also informed me that there will be another workshop to be happen at Penang. Thus, he asked me to create certificates for the HOD to sign on it.

After a while, Mr. Imran have asked me to scan the certificates that need to bring to the seminar on the 27th and 28th February 2018. Then, he have asked me to do a flow chart for the training sponsorship document. Then, he have asked me to go to the Borders Book Shop to check whether colors papers are available to buy, but unfortunately, it isn’t available. Thus, Mr. Imran asked me to remind him to buy them tomorrow. It is needed for the seminar next week.

Mr. Imran have asked me to go through the website called hrdf.com.my as we'll need to register two of our employee's name to undergo the training program in the city soon. Thus, I'll need to key in all the information of the employees regarding the training programs in the website. The benefits of this training program would be improving the efficiency of labour market to accelerate economic growth,
transforming  technical and vocational education to meet industry demand,
strengthening lifelong learning for skills enhancement  and
improving the quality of education system for better student outcomes and institutional excellence. After the lunch break, Mr. Imran guided me on how to do the application for the participants attending the "Train the

20.02.2018, Tuesday, 0825. The office seems to be reactive back as all of the employees are back to work after wonderful celebration and long holiday. Mr. Imran have handed me a book titled Fortis, and asked me to scan it. He have guided me very well on how to function the scanner machine and to the method to scan the book. After 15 minutes, I have scanned the whole book and sent a copy of the scanned items to Mr. Imran via email. Then, lunch break. My friend, Miss. Sharon and me have went to the Hot and Roll restaurant to have our lunch. I came back to office at sharp 2:00pm. After a while, Mr. Imran called me to his desk and told that one participant could not attend the seminar and I'll have to swap the names with the new participant's name given by Mr. Imran. I have done the corrections in the name list, certificates, attendance list and also the tent card. After sometime, Mr. Imran have asked me to send the soft copy of the name list of the participants who'll be joining in the 7- Habits of Highly Effective People seminar via email.

19.02.2018, Monday, 0815. Fifth day of my internship training. After a long holiday weekend after Chinese New Year, some of us are back to work, and some were still on leave. Then, as per my supervisor's order, I have completed the certs for the participants attending 7 Habits of Highly Effective People on coming 27th and 28th February 2018. After that, he have asked me to print them out with the hard cover papers he provided. He have also asked me to print out the name list of the participants as well. Thus, I have printed out both the 23 copies of certificate and the name list and passed them to Mr. Imran to give the Head of the Department, Mr. Sharin to sign. Besides that, I have also give the Minimum Service Policy infographic diagram which I have done to Mr. Imran for the correction. He asked me to print the original copy and the diagram and pass to him so that it will be easier for him to do  the correction. Then, he have asked me to print out a small sheet of paper with his and the department's name to paste on the plastic cover of the certificates as a sign for Mr. Joe Sim, the Chief Executive Officer, Malaysia Operation Division's reference.

15.02.2018, Thursday, 0830. Today remarks the fourth day with PHKL for me. Day started well with good breakfast at the cafe nearby with my father before heading to work. Then, I entered at sharp 9:00 am into the office and started my pending works. After that, Mr. Imran called me to his desk and handed me a book called, 7 Habits of  Highly Effective People and said just go through the book whenever you have time because PHKL, Malaysia Operations Division is going to held a workshop under the given title. The workshop is going to held at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur (GKL), on 26th and 27th February 2018 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Thus, Mr. Imran have gave me few tasks regarding the preparation of the workshop, which is preparing the attendance sheet, certificates and also the tent cards for the participants. There were 23 participants in total. All of the participants are from various departments such as, Human Capital Management, Facilities Management, Procurement Department and so on.

14.02.2018, Wednesday, 0845. There goes my third day at PHKL.  Super hectic day where I'll need take to a bus and two trains to reach PHKL, but luckily, I've reached at 0845 in my office. The first one to reach. Then, a brief discussion about the infographic task with my industrial supervisor, Mr. Imran. He have jotted down the mistakes I need to correct in my diagram, such as to change the background color, the type of fonts and few grammatical error. I continued doing the diagram again. After that, my friend came to fetch me up from PHKL, and we have went to the restaurant nearby for lunch. Came back to office at 2:00 pm and I resume back my work. I continued doing the diagram.Times up. 6:00 pm. Time to go back home.

13.02.2018, Tuesday, 0815. Today marked the second day of my internship with PHKL. I continued  doing the task given by Mr. Imran which is creating infographic for minimum service period policy.  I have successfully created an infographic  at 1:00pm before my lunch break. Then, at 1:00pm, Mr. Imran along with my fellow co- workers, we have went to lunch at the canteen in the ground floor. We resume back the work at 2:00pm. Time ticked 6:00pm. Finally, I bid goodbye to all co-workers and left my office.

12.02.2018, Monday, 0830. Today is the first day of internship program at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (PHKL), Malaysia Operations Division (MOD). Kind of mixed feelings, nervous and excited to meet the new working  environment and engage with new people.  I stepped into the reception counter of the Human Capital Management at sharp 8:30am. Then, Mr. Imran Huneid Tyeb, my industrial supervisor greeted and brought me into the meeting room, known as Ipoh room, which was named after the Pantai Holding's branches at 9:00am to briefly explain about the company's introduction. Right after that, he have brought me to meet and greet with the employees from Human Capital Management 
(HCM) and other departments such as marketing, procurement and so on. After that, Mr. Imran have handed me the very first task to do, which is creating an infographic diagram for the training sponsorship policy. Then at 1:00pm,  I was informed that there will be birthday celebration and followed by lunch in the restaurant nearby, called Nahj and Belle in Bangsar, with my co-workers. Then, we return back to work at sharp 2:00pm and resume back our work. Time ticked and work ended at 6:00pm.
