Additionally, testing should reflect students' measured ELP levels within the content, measurement, and review of the assessment. Likewise linguistically diverse learners also suffer from additional setbacks in that language may not be up to par based on how a question is worded OR also how their answer may not be able to meet the question because of their limited voice.
