On the other hand being a digital citizenship provides many channels for learning. For example, you can take online courses and degree programs wherever you want or whichever university you prefer throughout the world. As a result of these you become more dynamic and competitive person. If you want to be a digital academic citizenship, you have to expertise in your field of study, you have good communications and technology skills, you have an understanding of international, environmental and social issues and foreign language fluency is essential.
