         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based on my own experience, many children feel vulnerable and self conscious when they are identified as a different type of learner. I know that as a former ESL student I too often felt judged and questioned by my peers. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>As educators, how can we ensure our ELL or ESL student feel confident in their already attained skills, while also supporting their learning needs to the fullest?</strong></div>]]></description>
