P1 ....In the lesson, I also developed Civic Literacy and Global Awareness by helping students understand that everyone has an important role to play in the school community. Through group discussion and drawing activities, students shared how they contribute to making the school a safe and happy place. They learned the importance of respecting others, working together, and showing kindness in their daily interactions. This not only deepened their understanding of their role or roles in their immediate environment but also fostered an appreciation for the diverse roles and contributions of people around them. By the end of the lesson, students were able to express how they could contribute positively to their class and school, demonstrating an early awareness of civic responsibility.
