         <title>September to October:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Weaknesses:&nbsp;</div><div>I have been finding this lesson challenging due to having no experience in this style of dance. I have struggled with exercises such as pirouettes and jetes. I find turns particularly challenging because I still haven't got the hang of spotting, which means when I do a pirouette I lose my balance. I'm still trying to focus on making sure that my leg is in retiree when turning. In order to improve this, repetition of the exercise and paying more attention to myself in the mirror will help me improve.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I have noticed that one of my weaknesses is flexibility. Due to coming from a commercial background, flexibility hasn’t been important in order to do the choreography. However since starting in September I have noticed how crucial this is in order to fulfil some of the movements. To improve I need to ensure that I spend more time stretching. Once my flexibility has improved my jetes and kicks will improve.</div><div>These are my current split positions that I hope to improve over time:</div>]]></description>
