Introduction: Movie distributors are profiting companies which are in charge of distributing the media text to the audience and its viewers. It is the branch of the film industry where the finished film is supplied to to be shown to its mass viewings. Distributors are accountable for everything other than the movie itself may that be the marketing the product to ensure that it reaches it maximum profitable potential to making audiences aware of its existence. Many of the most dominant and successful distributing companies are situated in Los Angeles and Hollywood due to its stardom status and the prestigious events (movie based) which take place there every year.

As your opening title sequence will have a small audience there will no massive distribution from companies such as sony. Sony is one of the largest distribution companies in the movie industry with a stake of 12 %. This would be the company that i would choose to distribute our film as they have dealt with many other types of high quality thriller films, films such as sky fall.

Our production it would be practicallyimpossible for our production to be distributed by any large companies, however if we got the chance id say sony for a distributor as I have stated previously they have already had a large ranger of thriller films which have massive amount of people wanting to watch their films. Production companies are basically the people behind the film with such people as lions gate and new line cinemas, these people basically create media for the audience who will be interested with the film
