I am employed at the Tyson Foods Plant here in Jacksonville Florida as Management support, so I work directly under a very senior manager at the plant while also learning how to be a manger one day. https://youtu.be/c4x7llhtXjw(hopefully upon my completion of my degree) while studying module one I leaned plenty but, some of the subjects that really helped me in my capacity in this module were specifically “The management process” This includes Planning, organizing, influencing and controlling. These management functions especially planning helped me in my everyday task in addition to what my training at that plant entails so much so that it has improved my quarterly evaluations and given me a better understanding of those management functions.

I know at Tyson Locally we are involved in so many social responsible causes. I learned more about why Tyson does what it does for the community. I also learned in chapter 3 about diversity and the true mean of it.
