From the extract, we have come to the conclusion that a lot of non-standard and taboo language has been portrayed. Example:"Yeah, yeah? Tricky wha you say, rude bwoy?..... " Digger is seen to have a moral compass when it comes to the younger generation, when it comes to being offered a 15 year old he refuses. Ellipsis is used to create tension in pages 8 and 9, especially when Digger is on the phone. This reflects the environment they are in and how gang culture can influence the way you talk.
