I chose Serengeti Plain to represent the East Africa Zone because is one of the world's largest savanna plains and is home to animals such as: Zebras, hyenas, lions, giraffes, and cheetahs.

East Africa languages

I chose East Africa Languages to represent the East Africa Zone because one of the three languages there was an inspiration on create the Lion King's names.

Rift Valley

I chose Blood Diamonds to represent the West Africa Zone because the external countries are abused about African diamonds. These diamonds are mined in war zones and the money from them is often used to finance, or pay for, wars.

I chose Slave Trades to represent the Southern Africa Zone because 
by the 1500's, an active slave trade was running throughout Southern Africa. Coastal African Kings sent raiding parties inland to capture people. The captives were trade to the Portuguese for firearms and another manufactured people.

First Black President

I chose First black president to represent the Southern Africa Zone because in 1970's and 1980's ended the policy of white minority rule and apartheid. In 1994 South Africa's first black president, Nelson Mandela was elected.
