Problem:
1. We are trying to help fishermen know the specific types of fish that come around there area . 
2. It takes fishermen long time to get fishs from one fish farm to another and back into the sea.
3. They can't know the season of the fish .
4. They spend too much petrol on Inspection tour.
Solution:
1.know the types of fish by the heat detector that is in the camera.
2. Take less time to convert fish from one fish farm to another and back into the sea.
3. Knowing the correct season of the fish 
4. The drone will use electricity instead of petrol that has high cost

The problem is that when their is an accident a road block happens and your waiting for a long time till it clears or you have some drivers who don't know how to drive and cause problems and waste alot of time.
