They could do a study showing how many vitamins are in the juice making it with the machine compared to pressing it out by hand from the package. 
For the future they should focus on the actual product - the juice - and not the machine. They could also sell their juice in bottles, which can be environmentally friendly and made out of glass --> reusable. Moreover, they should focus on the customers taste, e.g. customers can choose their own preferred ingredients for their juice - so they can offer customized juices.
If they want to sell the machine also in the future, they should think about using a testimonial, e.g. stars supporting a healthy lifestyle (Gwyneth Paltrow, Kayla Itsines).
