Short term for Scouting is to find out specifically what some of the better/best soccer programs in Eastern Pennsylvania and beyond are doing to remain competitive.

Medium Term goals are to increase the number of players trying out for the High School and Middle School programs, thus making it more difficult/challenging to make the team.  This will allow coaches to only keep the best players and foster a more competitive practice environment.
