In Writing Club, students will be given the opportunity to write and express their opinions on a variety of school related topics. Students will learn to look at both sides of an issue and support their opinions with text based evidence. Students will enjoy collaborating with peers for a final club debate.

This is a great opportunity for our ASD students to build friendships, work on fitness, and explore hobbies for middle school! All ability 3rd-5th ASD students. Let's make this first Special Olympics season at Sandpiper a SLAM DUNK! 

When: Season is from October to March. Practice is 1-2 times/week and we will meet on Thursdays. Students do not need to have any prior experience.
